It's really fun actually to see that a lot of the items in gacha club are made for different fandoms and specific characters, eg. In necklaces there is a butterfly brooch that settles just under the neck that is directed at the mlb fandom. It's not just accessories, but hairstyles as well I've noticed that some hairstyles from anime characters are recreated in gacha club and it's mainly the ones that a hard to recreate using the default hair options. All in all I just find this very considerate! :)
As someone who uses the *Hands*, I agree with how awkward it is. Image if they had different poses though. Then, they probably would get more appreciation.

the luni hat is the only one that hasnt been used to my knowledge but as for the rest, i have actually seen them used(like the arms are used for a MHA character when made in gacha club. and i actually use the back and front effects a lot, and the mouth is also used for making Geometry Dash characters in Gacha(or for Bob from the Bob and Bosip FNF mod))
the arms are kinda useful for that one guy in mha, I think his hero name was dupli-arms or something but I think they have things for different fandoms like for the necklaces they have something that looks like shadow moth's miraculous

In my opinion, the 3 one is a pretty creative option in you're making a robot like oc like an animatronic but it may take a while and alot of adjustments to make something accurate depends on what you want to make
Here can be a very cool hack, if you go to the behind effect, look for some Orange fluffy wings, and you can use the tint of it to make different colors of the wings. My cousin showed me this hack, and I thought it was pretty cool.
