Our culture is high on coffee. The romans did drink 1/5 liters of wine. Their culture was high on wine.
Our culture is drunk on coffee and sugar.
The Asian cultures are high on green tea or red tea. We will see which one will rule in the end, but the coffee one is not good for long term planing, if you ask me. If I drink coffee, the boost is there, but the clarity of the mind is not, just a short boost for a few hours.

Commodity coffee is mostly c Grade to start... then heavily oxidized (think stale bread vs right out of oven) like using weak batteries biochemistry

I don't shop for tech in stores because I know I wont find the receipt when I need it for a return if it fails during the warranty period while online I can download my purchases form 5 years ago.

As Milton Friedman noted when the Indians told them that men with shovels employ more workers and thus bulldozers will "destroy" jobs.."why don't you use spoons?"

In the UK it's not imperative for e-commerce pureplays to have bricks and mortar locations, the collectplus network which utilises local shops and post offices for returns and drop offs demonstrates this, companies such as ASOS have grown phenomenally over the past 10 years or so without having any physical locations at all, and the list of fast growing UK e-commerce pureplay retailers without physical locations is fairly lengthy.

Elliott Killian too late. No1 wants to go to separate websites. As he said it's a winner take all.

What I meant was that trip adviser can't help someone save money when Hotels become digital. Trip advisor can help people save time or offer experiences.
