    I am 66 years old I take magnesium, manganese, zinc,d3,k2,vitamin e,b12,C, and a multi mineral ,protein supplement. My diet needs are alittle different from when I was younger more protein because I still workout with weights.. started taking the magnesium when I was having heart palpitations. Dr did an Echo and told me I had a million dollar heart, but wanted to prescribe meds which I took for a very short time until I figured out I was probably deficient in magnesium. Palpitations went away shortly after taking magnesium supplement.

    Hi good morning I was diagnosed with damage to my left ventricle, I was encouraged to take que enzymes which is Q10 and it help me tremendously.

    Hi. I'm currently taking Magnesium and Calcium and Zinc. Definitely will add vitamin d3 and try the dandelion tea. A multi vit is sometimes too much and makes me sick. Are there separate vitamins you recommend more from the multi such as vitamin A or C. I am 41 thanks for your time and help 🙂👍

    I think coQ10 is a wonderful supplement. Unfortunately , it causes stomach discomfort for me

    I take vitamin D3 daily as my doctor told my it was low but I was unaware of the other things I need to take care. I will be 41 in October and I've gained so much weight in the past couple years, I've had to buy all new clothes, it's disheartening. I have an unhealthy dietary habit and I know I don’t get enough exercise. It's just I don’t have enough energy anymore.

    Thank you for sharing. Out of 7 people at the dinner table, I was the only one who has never had COVID-19. My older brother had COVID-19 three times down in FL inspite of receiving the all necessary vaccines. I take D3, Magnesium, zinc, super enzymes, CoQ 10, milk weed, selenium and other trace minerals. I don't have a NP doctor in my neighborhood. Would you be willing to be my NP Doctor?

    I take all these things except dandelion and CoQ10, and I get sick a lot. I had covid a few weeks ago followed by a staff infection, and now I’m getting the flu. It’s december here in northern Virginia and lots of people are getting sick so I’m hoping it’s normal.

    Yes I take almost all of these supplements at 52 years old. The best men’s multivitamin I have found is from the manufacturers at CODEAGE. I would recommend checking into some of their products. They have an amazing turmeric. I don’t have anything to do with this company but found them very beneficial to my life
