Talay 5 is about nice option. Very centrally located to access Jomtien.

The VT condos are well established good sized condos with low maintenance fees in good locations. Much better than the newer “shoe box towers” going
Up now. You cud live in these quite comfortably. Nicely furnished although looks like with a Russian style OTT finish. Usually studios there are priced under 3m baht🙄🧐😎

That’s a lot of space for a condo. Wished they would of made it into a 1bdrm vs open studio during the renovation. Maybe add some walls for bdrm separation.

all depends on how quick you can transfer the money. soon as payment is received, we book an appointment at the land registry office and sign over the deed.
normally can get an appointment within 1-2 days of the money being received
so once funds clear within 48 hours, you could be ready to move in

This particular unit is considered cheap in comparison. Empty shell units being sold from the developer are currently on the market for 2.7 million baht or above

Sadly not for this property. Installments aren't common for cheaper condos. Though I can ask, but it's very unlikely

potentially if the current owner allows, though honestly speaking it’s not very likely as the value of bitcoin is forever changing
