There are certain parts/condos where the prices are just ridiculously expensive there are still some places in Pattaya where you can get a decent property for your money, but it takes a bit of searching these days
There are at least 6 identical units to this for sale priced from about 18m to over 30m pretty good example that the pricing in the area is not driven by the sales or demand its really just arbitrary and imaginary valuation.
I think prices vary a lot as in this location the units might be the same size but maybe not refurbed or a cheap partial return has been done. Speaking honestly, I don't think these larger units are worth their asking price. That being said, we like to offer our viewers a variety of options rather than just units I personally find to be good as everyone has their own taste
