don't listen to that guy, your videos are great bro, keep up the good work.
cheers mate
Great video! Thanks for explaining it, I was wondering when he’d be back and while it’s sad to see the unlikeliness of his return this
season, at least I don’t have any false hope
His still young and will recover fine. I'm 32 and I have the same injury, dreams over.
Stay strong brother. I'm 22 same injury
@@AkashVerma-hh9th 🙏💪♥️ I will play again eventually
Football is my life...but unfortunately I'll not be able to play it anymore cuz I'm Also having a ACL injury in my right knee( same as that of the above mentioned player Asensio) due to hard planting of my right leg while controlling the ball...after that my ligament was completely teared nd was mentally n physically so down due to that...but whenever I see this game on TV or around me in neighbouring grounds it makes me so emotional as I could not play this beautiful game anymore...and doctor suggested me to go for operation and I'm really afraid of it...dreams over😪
@@arjunv3989 Im now playing again brother (no ACL in my left knee). No doctor will recommend it, but so far so good. 1 year recovery (no football). Just jogging for rehab
@@HitmanEvz dont play bro…..this will damage your whole joint(cartilage, meniscus). When u will be in 40’s u will bear the consequences
Thank you for subtitles. I'm learning enlish and this helps me a lot. Also, I think this kind of injury does get a part in the psychological of the player, right?
absolutely
Hey great video! what anatomy software did you use?
I have the same injury🙂.. same leg.. same position🥴.... damn it!!
Physiotherapist said.. surgery not needed.. so need to strength the muscles...going well with his help.. !
Recovering.. inshallah🙂
I've ruptured my right knee acl and they said without surgery there is high risk of knee arthritis later in life
yep I would also suggest you to seek an expert. If you're still active you should always replace your ACL
How is your knee
I’ve just had an acl and meniscus tear on my left knee as well I don’t know if mines the same sort of case all I know is I’ve got a year to fully recover
You got this mate; best wishes to you
I just had a tear today during dribbling practice I went for a ball roll and I heard a pop and a bone feels out of place
@@brianbradley1345 get that checked out
Can i know the name of the program used to show anatomy?
3D4Medical complete anatomy
what’s crazy is in novmeber i got a critical assist to save us from elimination in a tournament and minutes later i tore my acl
And sir what about his meniscus surgery? . Did he get it repaired or removed ?
Unsure on that. Haven’t seen any details on it
I have same injury
sorry to hear that mate
I torn my meniscus and I’m having meniscus repair surgery do u think I will ever play football again
Sorry to hear about that mate. As for playing football again, if you're disciplined with the rehab and return to sport strength and conditioning, you definitely can.
M injured same... Can I play football again after surgery??? Pls rply
Depends on multiple factors so that’s a better question for your physio mate
What is the percentage risk of re-injury to a reconstructed ACL following a 6 month return? And what percentage of individuals does this occur in?
Recently research came out showing there’s potentially 9x increased risk when returning under 9 months
I read that article. It seems more likely in young adults than people over the age of 25. What is your opinion on 6 month return in 90th percentile of return to sport testing individuals ?
@@TheGeraldinator Still likely not a good idea because we know the ACL isn't actually close to reintegrated until about 18 months and there's going to be many things you cannot test for in terms of return to sport (neuromuscular assessment, confidence)
I have same injury..
But anyway it's affect opposite leg
Sorry to hear that mate

@@3cbperformance Ok I was only asking I did subscribe but you just lost one 👍
@@oliorr and I was telling you an alternative solution, no harm intended mate. This video is years old so reuploading would delete it’s entire history
I am victim of this injury after this now I can't see this injury
I’m sorry to hear that
I had the same injury 3 months ago , idk if I should get surgery or not 😓
Have you spoken to your orthopedic about it?
Speak to your ortho surgeon, they know a TON once recommended by a sport med doctor
What did u fo

What's the best time to return to sports after an acl surgery?
At least 9 months
Whats your opinion on workouts to be done if your recovered and just trying to fortify
I liked and subscribed btw saw one video liked the content then saw how you post about injures and found this one xF
That's much too general mate, depends on many individual variables
I just did this in a similar way, except I locked arms with the opponent and got dragged with my leg still in the ground
Ah sorry to hear that
@@3cbperformance 🙌🙌
This guy's surgical non surgical???? Kindly tell me
worst nightmare :skull:
Ha had a surgery
sadly after that injury he hasn't been the player he used to be.. maybe he will never improve, it caused a permanent damage to his knee
It can take a considerable amount of time to get back to 100% after this sort of injury
I think acl patients can't bend fully 🤔
Yes they can
But I can't fully bend fully after. Surjary
That doesn’t mean everyone can’t
Lies again? Hello GST
