I work on hexies during down time such as waiting for appointments. I have them all cut out and ready to sew with all the materials I need to sew together. I’m making quilts for my family for Christmas gifts. I have five done so far and two more to go! I just love watching your videos and they are an inspiration. Quilting is so addictive. I’m actually scheduling time to clean my house because I find myself quilting all day. 😂

New to english paper piecing & quilting. I've basically perfected shopping for fabric & notions. 😂 I have completed about 350 1" hexagons to my paper with my expensive fabric & freaked out. Therefore, decided I better do something small to practice. I found you on CZcams & saw the wonderfully adorable stuff you do - so I've decided to make a sewing notion holder similar to your large hexagon portfolio type in a previous. I'm not sure why I'm so scared I'll do it "wrong" - regardless - seeing your videos has really encouraged me to just go for it. Thank you!❤

Your coaster is beautiful. Such a great gift. It is finally fallish here in Texas but still hot but cooling off. I got the sew bug earlier this year due to the heat,too hot to be outside. I have started the brick quilt . It is going to be a long term project but I like the way you instructed us so I think it willl be lovely.
