I've videoed myself sleeping(I was just curious) and I always thought I was a calm sleeper but turns out I do not stay still at all. 😂.

One night, just as I was falling asleep, from a sound sleep my wife sat bolt upright and yelled out “FORGET THE DOG, SAVE THE BROWNIES!”. She then laid down and went straight back to sleep again, while my heart was pounding in my chest for 30 minutes.
I'm not sure she should be trusted in the event of a kitchen fire.

Couples not sleeping together is more common than you might think. Personally, I don't sleep with my wife, due to our work. She works very early and I usually work very late. Another reason is that, my wife sleeps on her front, arms and legs out like a starfish, kicks in the night. I've ended up waking up with a sore head on the bedroom floor, kicked out.

Aye, my wife says the same about me, a down side is lots ofdead arms when ive slept on it all night. I get a tiny bit fed up if getting slapped in the head... even kicked now and then, cos she flops ALL over the place... unless SHE'S sleeping on my arm or leg... she sleeps like a rock.

Having your own room is the best. Especially if you are a night person and they are a morning person. When you spend time together you value and enjoy it more and they can't steal your blankets and stick their cold feet on you every night, it is special lol

Hi Nick & Jodi, apparently, I was very helpful in my sleep. My Mam used to wear matching outfits on the occasions when she did go out, shoes, coat, hat, gloves & handbag. It was the fashion in the early `60`s after all. Well one evening she could not find her handbag anywhere & Jodi will understand a panic set in.
Both my parents searched the house for every possible place it could be, to no avail. Finally, my Mam decided to come & ask me, just on the off-chance, to my parents surprise I told them exactly where to find it. The reason I knew is because I had hid it there, I have no clue why I did it. In my defence, I was around 3 or 4 yrs old & I`m pretty sure, I never did it again.
That was their funniest review yet. I needed that break in the middle as I was laughing so much.
The feeling of falling is the muscles going into total relaxation and you still being slightly wake conscious,, its a nice feeling i think.

It’s when you are woken up by being punched in the back of the head that you start wondering if your wife is having a nightmare or taking revenge for something you did or didn’t do earlier in the day. 😂. In her defence she was undergoing palliative care for cancer and was pumped full of drugs at the time, bless her ❤

I stayed up my grandparents with my mum and sister, and they only had two bedrooms, I figit and my mum was near the end of the bed.

Suddenly shooting your leg down the bed and instantly becoming conscious is known as a myoclonic jerk or twitch. Usually you fall back asleep quite quickly.
The only reason my parents aren't divorced is because they have slept in separate beds for year.

I have a friend who is very prim & proper. She fell asleep on my settee she let out a fart out that was at least 10-15 seconds long and it was loud. And boy did it pong. As bad as that sounds thinking about it now it's so funny because a minute after she woke and asked if I had a gas leak we all need to let the body breath life is funny sometimes

Lack of sleep due to a partner is a relationship killer, so separate rooms for sleeping is a good solution, assuming all other aspects of the relationship are good. Sadly most don't have the luxury of a spare room so should they have issues with sleep compatibility (shift patterns, snorers, early risers etc) then they have to endure the sleepless nights and live with exhaustion. Never be ashamed of wanting a good night's sleep 💤
If his wife isn’t comfortable with farting around him it doesn’t seem to be a solid relationship. I’ve been single for 17 years and at least 50% of the reason is because I can’t face having to hold my farts in again for the first couple of months!
