Lol 😂😅😊❤ Made me smile...keep on trucking you two. Firestarters are awesome. I agree. They are cheap and you only need to use a little. 😮
You guys are adorable. I must say, back ups to back ups make my camping trips more enjoyable. Not having to stress if something doesn't work. I always enjoy your content. Keep it up. ❤
Thank you so much!!!
Thanks for the tips friends, stay warm and take care
Thank you for watching and commenting. We really appreciate it.
“As” an older feller I have a snow shobbel I strap on the front of my camper truck. I drive south out of Alberta until someone at a gas station in the Arizona desert points at it and asks, “What’s that?” … aaand I start campin’ :)
The bloopers in the beginning are adorable
Thank you!!!
The bloopers were awesome!!! enjoyed the video. What about some sort of rechargeable knit cap? you've covered hands and feet. I'm gonna get my wife some of those electric socks. Also Josh why not get some gators to keep the deep snow out of your boots like your wife does??? just a thought. thanks for the video!! look up "fat sticks" for firestarters as well... they are smaller and will even fit in your stove I believe!!! cheers!!
Thank you! I’m glad u enjoyed it! I have seen heated vests I think that’s next in suz’s radar. Haven’t seen the heated caps yet. Suz has been saying the same thing to me about gators will get them for next winter.
Love this intro!!!! So great!
Thanks so much!!
Good video, and it is nice to see you two enjoying winter camping. The tips were handy but I would include star choice and CAA.
Safety items are definitely important. Perhaps deserve a separate video on it🤔. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Fun starting off the video 😂😂.
All good tips. I think Maggie is required to keep warm at night.
Proper clothes are essential, sailors say, “no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothes”.
Do you have any emergency startup gear for the truck engine ? I camped out many years ago, we had a very cold unexpected cold snap. Got back to my 1966 Landrover after 3 days and it couldn’t turn over . I used 3 cans of sterno under the oil pan to warm the engine oil enough I could start it with the hand crank , and a bit of help from a can of QuickStart.
That’s a great storey!!! Well I had to use the bbq under the motor when it was -38. And bbqed it for two hours with tarp over the hood. We took the battery out and kept inside our trailer that’s about it fir our extra equipment
Zac that was so funny I fell of my chair hahaha. Be safe
Glad u enjoyed it. We often are in stitches at the many many many bloopers we make.
What about bringing a Maggie??? 😊

Sorry for stating the obvious🤦🏻♀️. I guess I was trying to point out what you northerners know very well, don’t underestimate the proper clothes…..I made that mistake my first time out.
Yes agree with all ur essentials. This list was just meant as extras on top of the essentials. - Suzette.
