Same dark square box around the graphic, but it shows up discolored after it has been washed - and Printful doesn't give any explanation they just say sorry and offer a reprint. A print "square" on polyester or cotton / poly blends that doesn't go away is usually because the temp was too high or it was pressed for too long.. That's why I stick to 100% cotton.. Too easy to melt / burn polyester..

    • @BigBrandoh
      @BigBrandoh  Před 3 lety +2

      those cotton poly blends are tricky.

    • @AskariArt
      @AskariArt Před 2 lety +3

      For dualblend/triblend: I'd reduce temp, with the heatpress nation press use a laser temp gun to check the center of your plate. My press is actually 320 when I set it to 312. If I set mine to 320 its 334 and that burns the shit out of my shirts. Pressure is key, depends are you using a cover, pad are you threading the shirt. It really is a science and there are a lot of variables that will change the outcome

    • @BigBrandoh
      @BigBrandoh  Před 3 lety

      yes. that is correct. repeating the text would be ganging. the order could possibly be rejected. i dont work for supacolor and i dont know how strict they are on that type of stuff so i cant say if it would be canceled or not. just my assumption.

    • @OneDegreeLife
      @OneDegreeLife Před 3 lety

      @@BigBrandoh Right on. Ya, it's technically ganging, but if it wasn't a bunch of different designs it might be more of an issue. Seems like a waste, but I get the money end of it. I have an account and listed you as the referring source. Have my samples, but haven't created an order yet as I'm still narrowing down my designs/shirt choices for Supacolor use. • @commish915
    @commish915 Před 3 lety +2

      drifit is made out of polyester. polyester reacts weird under heat. one of the biggest reasons i dont use polyester shirts. but try 100% cotton for your client.
