Shipping is such a crucial part of selling that people rarely talk about. Great tips and it’s neat to see a range of box sizes I haven’t used before.

I love this video! I deal with boxes and receiving and shipping for my full-time job, and I don't always enjoy coming home to ship my eBay sales. KNOWING that you have everything necessary on hand to help ensure the product arrives to the customer safety makes the whole process much easier.

Where do you get box protectors for your games?
I do shipping and receiving for an aerospace company for a living and I have to say the packing peanuts are a big no no , they are horrible for the environment and can be easily replaced with another material ..
We got 2 big bags given to us and just kind of have to get through them. I don’t like them either but we just need to get through them and then continue with Kraft

I never think resealing isnt great. I would prefer putting them game in a clear poly bag instead

So you mention that you guys use bubble mailers for the eBay Standard Envelope, but in the rules section it specifies that you are NOT supposed to use a bubble mailer of any kind. Have you not had issues with this with the post office or eBay itself?
@@catrpcrew Right I see that, but if you go to ebay's standard envelope terms and conditions, the section under Parcels, it states in the NOT Supported section "A. Bubble Mailers Cardboard Packages or any packaging made of plastic material" So not trying to argue with y'all or anything, just curious if y'all had any issues with that given this rule. In the standard envelope terms and conditions it says Not Supported and then the first bullet point is bubble mailers or cardboard packages, or any packaging made of plastic material. When they first rolled out the ebay standard envelope, they specifically said no bubble mailers. They mentioned envelopes and paperboard mailers. I personally order the paperboard mailers from ebay and use those. They're made nice and fit the requirements. I like them a lot because they are rigid and I feel like they protect the cards better.
@@DArchAngel69 Yeah I just started selling cards as a bigger part of my store, and I decided to get those mailers because of the rule that there's no bubble mailers.
@@cameronmyers3401 yeah. I use my coupon each quarter on them from ebay. They're light too so it keeps single cards under 2 oz. Good luck out there.

Some of the items you are using bubble mailers for I'd disagree sending them that way..only because also being a heavy ebay seller i'd get far too many incidents of people having issues..it is better to pay a tiny bit more shipping wise for a box just to not have the hassle.
Bubble envelopes don’t qualify for eBay standard envelope rate it specifically states there can’t be padded “Envelope is NOT enclosed or made of any plastic material”

Personally I despise the ebay tape. I just think it looks tacky but that's just my opinion. I know lots of people that use ebay tape but I just can't. Great video though.
