Saved from extinction, the Arabian Oryx endangered again - HD wildlife documentary

The Arabian oryx, an elegant antelope with a white and black coat, inhabited the vast desert expanses of the Arabian peninsula for thousands of years until, in 1982, the last wild representative of this species incredibly adapted to a harsh existence in the desert was shot by hunters in Oman. Even before this tragedy, faced with the anticipated danger, men had mobilized to save the oryx from the implacable extinction that threatened it.
And the miracle happened! Thanks to captive breeding programs around the world and reintroductions, the oryx once again trod the sand of the dunes of the Orient.
