I will be doing this soon. Shoulder pain referring into neck and down the arms. It's not a Cervical disc issue it's tension due to an Anxiety Disorder.

I had this done roughly a month ago. It really does work. Also a theragun type device will aid in recovery
Will that work for someone with muscular dystrophy Emery Dreifuss? Due to that disease I have stiff neck and very restricted movements
