What I love about this drill is that it gives you the right feel when moving your hips during the golf swing. This has got to be one of the best golf drills ever!
Excellent Drill to get auditory confirmation you are rotating properly. Can't wait to add this one in to the "chair drill".
Have a good time practicing!
This drill is the one I was looking for. Indeed one of the best drills!
Outstanding drill! You are killing CZcams Golf coaching right now. Keep it up
Thanks bud!
Love this. This first drill particularly as this is what I am working on at the moment with great results. I will be trying the alignment sticks today! Thanks for the great content.
Tried this drill this morning for 30 mins..as someone who doesn’t rotate very well, I’m really feeling a stretch in my hip muscles right now…great drill!
Great teaching. Congratulations to your student on the wins!.
Thanks!
Great!
Thanks bud
Morning sir, higher irons like the 9i and the WEDGE, should I be rotating still ? Great drill, once is stops raining in Sydney going to the party to try.
In this drill, do you focus on moving the left hip up and back or the right hip down and toward the left to turn the hips.
Good stuff. Will have to give that first drill a try. Do you ever have students who when doing the chair drill they will still come over the top with the top half of their body? I fight EE and lack of rotation and I've noticed that when I focus on getting that left hip back with the chair drill (or similar), the top half of my body will still want to cast out over plane. Is that a common challenge to face?
😁👍
Thanks bud
