You’ve deff been taken over by Joe Rogan fans. One of the main reasons people know about Ari Shaffir, Joey Diaz, Bert Kreischer, etc is because of Joe Rogan’s podcast. It’s become a massive hit and the comedians that Joe keeps as friends are so great comics. You’ll probably end up watching some videos of Tony Hinchcliffe (watch his roast of Snoop Dogg because he fucking killed), Duncan Tressel, and Tom Segura (he has three Netflix specials) as well. Joe is even great friends with Doug Stanhope.
I’m not complaining. I love Joe’s podcast. It’s just funny to me that you don’t even realize why your fan base requests the specific comics that they do. It’s all because of Joe Rogan’s podcast.

WildnWith Marcus much love. Joe doesn’t have bad comics as friends. He’s really The Godfather of a certain portion of the comedy world. The way comics speak about him is crazy, in a good way. He’s looked up to and if you’re a comic he becomes friends with, brings on the road, and puts on his podcast multiple times, chances are your life will change forever. That’s what’s happened to every comics he’s plucked from obscurity. That’s not to say guys like Joey Diaz, Ari Shaffir, Bert Kreischer don’t deserve it. They definitely do. It’s just a testament to Joe’s eye for comedic talent. I’ve never found him to be the best stand up ever, but his impact on the comedy world is great. He’s made some great comics who they are and is revered by his peers. That’s only part of why he has such a big fanbase.
Please watch Tony Hinchcliff (or however you spell it) roast Snoop. He’s another comic Joe has brought up. He’s been a writer for the Comedy Central roasts forever. He’s a killer on his own right too.
