I'm almost done on my probationary as a VMA in a clinic of a Cardiologist in California. This is very accurate and helpful. Calls are not much. Admin task, EMR data entry, insurance checking are the most exhausting part. Lol, it's still fun tho

Pwede po ba ako dyan maam? Wala akong medical background in terms of education pero I was a Pharmacy Asst. sa mercury drugs kaya medyo may alam po ako about sa health ng patients especially memorized ko na ata lahat ng pangalan ng mga gamot,mga indications,precautions,dosage,generic names etc.

Depending on the duration of appts, some have 15, 30, 45 mins or 1 hr per appt divide it by the number of hours your doctor work per day. So if the doctor works half day, 8-12 pm for 15 mins each pt, then its 16 pts, multiply it by 2 if he works 8 hrs a day.
It really depends on the doctor.

Ang dali ng trabaho need lang talaga ng communication skills
In my opinion ito yung pinakamadali sa lahat ng klase ng work as va. No technical skills needed,english communication skills lang ok na.

This sample call process and the terminologies is actually the same for what I'm doing during the call. But I preferred to work at home that's why I'm looking for a job that related to the account that I handled before in BPO that can offer a permanent work from home.

Please make a tutorial about the process of Pharmacy dispensing in the US, I’m a VA for a clinic and handles medication inquiries, diko alam isasagot ko why wala pa sa pharmacy ang gamot nila or wala daw nareceive yun pharmacy na prescription from the MD. 3rd day palang and gulong gulo pa ako.
