Cameron is so right about light skin colour and not getting sunburns just by changing the nutrition to a healthy one. I am a living proof of this.

I wish there was a book/author/researcher list on this video. Cameron mentions so many books and researchers but the closed captions on youtube are lacking, many times it's hard to make out the authors and researchers he's referencing.

Great interview. I love the common sense approach. When I began reading up.on light and following JK 10 years ago (I am a fan of his work) his message was if you don't move to the equator for better light, you're f*cked. In my laymans mind I didn't agree as my ancestors have evolved in northern latitudes quite happily. Now that the benefits of CT and deuterium depletion have become known, his message is (thankfully) more nuanced. We ALWAYS have to look at (and be in) Mother Nature first....and thus learn to thrive where we are at. ❤❤🙏🙏

Yes, Yes, Yes, Thank you. Given that, the more I know, the more I know I don't know, about the complexity of the systems of life, curiosity drives it all. It is fascinating. Gaining a working sense of what you have been so aptly describing, I now am better at asking questions that I have had nearly my whole life. I'm 78 now, but in my low twenties, had frequently gotten very high during a five year period. I had grown up fascinated by the scientific methodology as a way of seeing the world, and this informed my experiences into that vast realm of 'getting very high'. I often observed a perception of purple 'haze' surrounding people, and a qualitative (seemingly) variation in different individuals. Now, perhaps I am finally beginning to clarify the quantum-ness of the variations observed. Was I perceiving the real light emission of mitochondrial functionality expressed as purple light glow? Is that color strength and quality strongly correlative with the degrees of mitochondrial 'wellness'? Was I attracted to individuals that glowed purple strongly, than to those of more pale shades? It always did seem so, but I'd love to have deeper scientific clarity about the quantum biology involved! And interpersonal attractions, while not that high, may have guided my way forward through life socially. Onward, and upward. Thank you both.

Seems to be impacting migratory marine life most acutely. Recently we have seen widespread outages in response to solar outbursts that we would have been better protected against with a stronger magnetic field. Unfortunately public education and forecasts for further weakening are not given the attention they deserve. Cmip7 is still not going to include all of the interactions between the galaxy, sun and earth, including everything would contradict the man-made warming narrative. Sun will be at a maximum again next year. More immediately we should be watching the beaufort gyre because release of cool fresh water into the Atlantic may impact the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation.

I'd still argue that food is the bigger issue. Light-related diseases began with industrialization. But diet-related diseases began many millennia earlier with the agricultural revolution. The ancient Egyptians was the first population to have dependable wheat surpluses and so follow a wheat-based diet, which is high-deuterium. They were also the first to develop widespread metabolic diseases, in spite of otherwise living in sync with natural light cycles. The same was true with numerous other societies that had severe malnutrition and health declines with the introduction of agriculture (loss of stature, brain shrinkage, infection rates, etc). Compare that to the healthy societies that have common dietary features: low-carb, high-fat, and animal-based (see: Weston A. Price, Bill Schindler, Mary Ruddick, etc); plus low-deuterium.
If someone's theory can't explain the ancient Egyptians and other early agricultural societies (or explain the healthiest traditional societies and the diet for most of human evolution), there is a massive hole of missing evidence. Such examples as the ancient Egyptians are the complete opposite of what one would expect if Jack Kruse was absolutely correct and diet was largely insignificant or irrelevant. That isn't to say he is entirely wrong about what he argues. But it might be that he has one part of the truth and has mistaken it for the whole truth. Kruse and his acolytes would be wiser to accept non-light theories as complementary, rather than as competing. Light, diet, deuterium, etc are all affecting numerous biological systems, especially the mitochondria. Intellectual humility, curiosity, and openness is called for.

Kruse has said that the priestly/nobility types in Egypt experienced these diseases, but evidence indicates that the guys actually outside building the pyramids didn’t. He points out that these “upper clsss” types were inside more. Some archeologist and historians posit the Egyptians may have had light bulbs. They certainly seem depicted in some images and the pyramid walls are decorated but not covered in soot.
Kruse also points out the need to eat things in season. So if you’re eating grain year round, not just in the light environment that grew it, you’re causing confusion.
I believe that eating seasonally and locally appropriate foods is important, but that light is key. I suffered from sleep and gut issues for 20 years and tried so many different things to help my gut health, even strict GAPS. Changing my light habits did more to improve my health in a few weeks than diet did in years. Maybe that’s not true for everyone, but my n=1 makes me a huge believer in light.

There is a likelihood of a 400kva transmission line traversing over our wildlife and cattle ranch. Will this have a significant or relevant impact on : the current electo magnetic environment and the mitochondria of ourselves our wildlife and our livestock ?
How much of a concern should this be?

Great question Kenneth. Tristan Scott (previous guest) had talked about this at length and the book Going Somwhere by Andrew Marino similarly covers the topic. More distance from these electric fields the better for both human and animal health
