Colvic Atlanta Project Boat - Should I take it on? Or do you want to?

Project boat likely to become available very soon at Preston Marina.
Don't know much about the boat yet...but some basic details...
Colvic Atlanta Ketch motor sailor - I originally thought it was a 32, but am now told it is a 31.
Sails are present and look ok at a glance.
Engine - 4 cyl diesel - looks like it was a nice installation, but I think is likely to be knackered - I think the engine needs replacing.
I am tempted to take this project on myself as I am confident that with some hard work she could once again be a comfortable, long distance and heavy weather offshore passage maker. What do you think?
But...if someone wants to get in touch I am open to sensible discussion about the boat....make us an offer we can't refuse!

Any update on the future of this lovely boat, I'd take it on in a heart beat, but I'm in the wrong part of the world,
