Looks great waterproofing looks questionable but I don't need that feature. Like just conform coated PCB.
As for waterproofing, we have been testing it for almost a year. And the remote still performs well after being immersed in salt water for a long time.
Can I use this in non-vesc mode to interface with a brushed motor controller that has uart or pwm modes, such as the cytron Enhanced SmartDrive40 ? Also, in esurf mode is this just 3 speeds, or is it three speed ranges with variable speed within each set range?
NON VESC ESC mode control method is PPM.In esurf mode, there are three speed ranges,can variable speed within each set range.

If you can make mini version of that one I would definitely buy it. But that One is about the size of a temperature gun.
This size is suitable for most riders' hands according to the feedback, and the big screen can show the data more clearly. 😆
Don’t get me wrong I completely understand why those specs are what they are And why they would be appreciated.I’m just kind of a sucker for stealthy and compact. I personally would love to see a version two mini of this remote😉 Maybe about the size of the vx2 I think I’d be sold on it. But it’s just me. Anyways I love what y’all do, and keep on at it \m/>.

I see in the description km/h with a line outside of it saying mph. Can you switch this to display mph? Your video isn't clear on this like it is with the V2.
Hi yes, it can be changed to mph, see 5:57 of the video, Long press the setting button to screen blinking, push brake or pull throttle to switch, then shortly press power button to confirm.

How do I activate the speed indication using GPS?
1. In the mode of Esurf, select any type of ESC; 2. In the mode of ESK8, select "NON VESC".
The GPS function is activated when "G" and "the signal bar"clearly displayed in the upper left corner of the screen.

how is the remaining battery capacity information displayed? From controller using UART calculated by current flow (controller shunt) or by main battery voltage?
The top right corner is the battery progress bar. Do you want to know how to display the battery percentage?
@@FlipskyTech No, my question was how progress bar calculated? By battery voltage ? for example 13S liion 54.6v - 100%, 46.8v - 60% etc. Or its calculated by controler's shunts (by current flow, and calculating remain capacity by microcontroller)
@@andreylitvinenko783 The battery level is obtained through the UART serial port. The battery level progress bar is also displayed by the battery voltage. UART can read the input battery voltage on the ESC, and the battery voltage on the ESC is calculated by voltage division.

What is throttle sensitive?
The new version of VX3 has 4 levels of throttle sensitivity settings. The highest is level 3 and the lowest is level 0. The higher the level, the higher the sensitivity.
