Nikki is brilliant, but you can tell she quite insecure despite how hilarious she is. She is certainly the Queen of Roasts.

I will say, I was thoroughly entertained by his brief, drunken disaster talking with Seinfeld… Jerry had no clue who he was and he was thoroughly unamused by his schtick. Sure, Seinfeld is a prick, but on Bert we agree
I love her analogy about being the Tom Brady of roasting. She might be a sixth round draft pick, but she'll work harder than everyone to earn her spot. She definitely did a great job.

The problem with Affleck's set was, the entire night was a reprieve from cancel culture. Everyone was dropping the jokes you're "not allowed" to say. It was devoid of "safe spaces" and "trigger warnings"... but then... Affleck gets up there and whines about "toxic" mean comments. It was the exact opposite energy of the entire night, and it didn't come off as ironic or joking, just complaining "people say mean things about me online, waaaahhh"
Yeah a more charismatic/ funny person could have made it work

im not picking on female comedians, but she has been probably the only one that if shes doing something ill listen/watch. She is very good and a but of a remedy to some of the "men are dicks, periods are weird, girls like sex too" stuff that pops up all the time. She is VERY good at small comedy clubs, bigger shows, panel and podcasting and roasting, powerhouse

As somebody who's been a fan of Nikki's for like a decade now it's so awesome to see her getting the kudos she deserves for that set.
She's taking Jeff Ross' throne.
It’s like no one knew she was funny
It’s pretty cool to see someone you’ve been a fan of become successful, because you see the work they’ve put to reach that level. Plus, if they’ve given you a lot of entertainment value from their content, you root for them to “make it” it in the entertainment business. Nikki & Tony got their flowers from their performances at the Roast, and the work that got them there. Had to be an awesome life moment for her parents, as they were there to see it live, in person. A feel good story for all of them.

Yeah it’s crazy that she’s getting this like surprised reaction that she’s amazing. She’s so fucking funny, and she’s super hot to boot imho. To me the fact that Nikki wasn’t headlining instead of what’s her face, was disturbing. But AS was linked to pdiddy wasn’t she? Roasts are great but anyone could do a roast.... I could spend 6 months writing up some nasty lines and sell them to Brendan Schaub to perform them (btw Theo, you messed up big time by dropping Schaub. He won't forgive or forget. You're done). Her comedy in general is C-tier, maybe she should work on that instead.

Nikki I always thought you were amazing on the older roast done on Comedy Central, but by God you absolutely slayed on this one. I think you are right about the live aspect of it for most people finding it funnier live, but I thought you nailed it just like all your other roast. Although this one was just perfect because you and my guy Tony were just levels upon levels better than everyone else! Can’t wait to watch you special on MAX now that I know about it!
