Dublin Bus | Wright Gemini 2 Volvo B9TL GT159 (132-D-11611) | Service 39A

New to Phibsboro Garage in 2013 and part of the GT143-160 batch, the last batch of GTs for Dublin Bus. It's still in Phibsboro to this very day and is one of the more interesting buses within the fleet. Firstly, it was sent down to Cork in 2019 for Low Emission trails (VG9 was also sent down for this purpose). Secondly, it's wildly known as the “BohsBus” ever since receiving the wrap for Bohemians Football Club in 2020 when they started being sponsored by Dublin Bus. It then went missing for a long time during the COVID-19 pandemic but returned to service late last year. Earlier this year it received an updated wrap and the front also received a repaint to the updated TFI colours. GT159 feels more powerful than the rest of the GTs also so I'm glad I was able to film footage of it. This bus was serving Route 39A to UCD Belfield.
