  • How to stop motion at just the right point.
    How to use speedlight to freeze motion.
    I’ll show how to use short duration flash lighting techniques to create a crisp photograph of fast-moving subjects.
    Freeze just the right moment in time with the use of a camera triggering system.
    Everything is covered from the automated camera triggering system, studio lighting, through the tethered capture in Capture one software, to the final image in Adobe Photoshop.
    Whether it’s studio flash, speedlight, strobe, or daylight, easy techniques simply demonstrated.
    Plus, some tips and tricks in Photoshop to help things along a little.

    Canon 24-70mm f2.8 Lens.
    Manfrotto 475B Tripod with a 410 geared head.

      I use CaptureOne software for the camera and the Miops app on my phone for the trigger.

    One more thing. Could you please advise which trigger you use on the top of your camera to control the power of your lights and flash. It always seems so easy for you to stop down or up and control the power of your lights. Thanks.

      I use the Profoto Air remote TTL, this is now replaced by the Profoto Connect pro

    do not want to be rude,but shot 8k clip and pick the right frame is the easier way

      Your method will work, however it is currently impossible, without using a Phantom or other specialist high speed camera, to get a shutter speed anywhere close to the short flash duration (1/100,000 sec). As a result the details will have motion blur.

      @@CameraClubLive yes,it is correct,normal camera can not capture the right moment with 1/100 or 1/60 shutter speed because the motion blur. And phantom cost a lot,can not afford it even rental.
