A quick unrelated query: How to differentiate between normal lung and ggo in a lung with air trapping (without an expiratory film)?
Usually air trapping is very well demarcated as opposed to ggo which usually has ill-defined borders. Also, in air trapping, the lung will look hyperlucent to normal lung and the vessels may be smaller in caliber. Thanks for watching!
@@ThoracicRadiology thanks a lot doc. Loads of love ❤️❤️
Any chance of talking through Pixel Densitometry?
Steps for diagnosis
can i ask doc dili raba ni siya delicado nga sakit
If this lesion does not have pop corn calcification and no earlier examination. Would you still be certain That it’s a harmatoma, based on Well defined lesion with macroscopic fat?
Yes, a well defined lesion with macroscopic fat is a good indicator of a hamartoma even if there is no calcification.
