Mithrix can only steal a certain amount of your items in phase 4, the rest he removes from you but doesnt benefit from. I think it's like your first 28 items or something
I paired this with a mod that added a bunch of firework themed items, including one that spawned 1 firework on kill. I also managed to draw an ICBM as my first legendary, so nothing really stopped me.
Deputy's a pretty fun work in progress high-mobility class. Other fun playable classes that I remember off the top of my head: 1. Arsonist, funny fire boi 2. Ome thing I learned about having a bagillion items when fighting Mithrix is that you can have SO many items that his immunity while taking your items will just wear off and you can start damaging him while he's locked in the "item stealing" pose.
"Why is this run so absurd?" Because you can spawn five items every twenty seconds. Nothing else matters. Even ignoring the possible chance of a green or red, getting five white items every twenty seconds is broken in itself. The character's biggest weakness? Immediately countered by goat hooves.
had a run yesterday where my build became so crit/missile focused that even these would spawn and die immediately, my jaw dropped every time it happened lmao
I love how, instead of Mithrix decimating you as soon as he got all of your items, you hid away long enough to get a bandolier, turning the boss battle into a minute-long arms race XD
I love using the Scavenger mod, I actually main scavenger. He really requires a lot of skill to play, and thats something you really understated in this video.
The Hardlight Afterburner is an item in Risk of Rain 2. The holder gains an extra 2 (+2 per stack) charges of their utility skill, and the cooldown of their utility skill is reduced by 33%.
The right click does on kill effect so if you get bandoleer than every time you use right click it will give it back but also the item spawning back and you can just get infinite items
the one time I did this was like 5 months ago, and I was to tall to interact with the teleporter and had to get my friend to do it for me. Then my friend died and I couldnt interact with the teleporter so we decided to scrap that idea

I’m a bit scared, but it’s okay. My things bring me comfort. My favorite thing is a little effigy, made of cloth and fluff. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it’s okay. Holding it close brings me comfort when I’m scared. It helps me be brave, and sometimes I need to be brave to get the things I want. The others say that these creatures came down from the sky, bringing so many things with them. They probably have so many things, back at their homes. I want those things. They don’t need all those things. Now is the time to be brave.

4:10 Hardlight reduces cooldown by 33% as well as giving +2 charges. Extremely good in this scenario.

A Scavenger is just a FunkoPop head with arms, legs, a backpack, and a shoulder cannon. I can't unsee it.
Using cheat engine to play as the new enemies every update was a fun adventure, it's good that modders are making it more convenient.
