This dropping after my brother was telling me how our younger sister has filled him Amazon cart with things she has no intention of buying. Turns out she was saving them to find them cheaper elsewhere😂 I get why that isn't a good deal for small businesses especially!
Maybe add a 30 minute timer on your cart to allow time for browsing and returning the inventory to the shelves if the purchase isn't completed in the prescribed time.
