NOTE: I'd HIGHLY recommend skipping this beta, and waiting for the public beta (or at least beta 2) to come out in late June/Early July 2019. It will be much easier to install, and entail far less risks and bugs. Proceed at your OWN RISK

Instructions: Click downloads, it will take you to google drive. Save the desired IPSW file to your google drive, make sure you have enough room to spare. It won't let you download directly, so you'll have to right click and select "make a copy," then download the copy it creates. Be sure to delete the files afterwards, so it doesn't take up ~4GB on your google drive account.

Never mind got it to work...I dragged the iOS file to the Xcode folder and that worked vs trying to open the file from my desktop

Honestly a jailbreak is pretty worthless in 2019, apple has fixed all the nuances that were present in past iOS versions and basically given us the “tweaks” we’ve always wanted. My suggestion would be to upgrade.

You can in fact do this on windows 10. I did this today and it worked well. iOS 13 on the other hand, it’s too early for it to be worth you time installing it.

No we can’t, it says that you need a newer software to recognize your device. It’s not just for iOS 13, iOS 12 gets in the problem too.
Aksiyon Bizde I used another software with Windows 10 to update to IOS 13 ( no data loss). Took me about 15 min on XSMax. I believe the same software works for Mac ( including ElCapitan ).
Aksiyon Bizde basically it uses the restore image and restore process to update your IPhone, also the software automatically recognizes your device so you don’t download the wrong IPSW.
Daniel Stebenev, I can use Windows too, just I thought that when we update our device to iOS 13 it erases all the data.
