    To anyone mentioning speed.
Reviewers/Vloggers are being banned left, right & centre for reviewing under speed or what the authorities consider reckless use of a vehicle. This doesn't have to involve breaking any speed limits either when broadcasting to an audience.
When the bikes are this expensive, things like the quality of the plastics, lengths of mudguards & available features are very important. Some may even overlook this when testing it for themselves.
Things like the mudguard alone dictate in most cases how long your radiator & squidgy bits will last.
It's a real world review on an unfamiliar bike.

Hi Toby, Martin at Ocean BMW has just escorted me to Sketchleys. Tucked me up with an old S1000R with 3 miles on the clock. Need to be patient and wait for a nice spring day now. The trusty GSA fills in all the other riding gaps, or my R9T Racer, or Beta Alp. What a lucky chap I am!

    • @RiderCamTV

Wow John, thats amazing... you will love the S1000R, what a bike..... At least you kept the GSA too though... :)

Just stumbled on this review.... its a naked bike with enough power to roll your foreskin back. A riding position that is locked and loaded like a 44 Magnum ready for action.
If you decide to buy this bike make sure you are ready for your inner beast to show itself. Get ready to ride fast and take chances. Make sure your life insurance and health insurance is up to date. Once you have accepted the above climb aboard. In good weather with no side winds and rain its brilliant. But the opposite is true in bad weather. Much like a wife who is in a good mood, all will be well. In all its settings this bike is hard on the road and when you are cranking through a turn and hit a bump you will know all about it. But on a smooth road through twists the reward is great. It emits almost no heat from the motor and when it does open your legs 2 cm and the heat is all gone. The sweet spot is 140 km per hour. Especially with cruise control. Of all the naked bikes this one has most wind blast from the front. But the air is clean with no turbulence, something i love about naked bikes. Two hours in the seat and your ass will feel it. A comfortable speed on any given day on long highway stretches is 140 km per hour. More than that rather get a GS. When accelerating hard you must go into the half red line which is almost full red line to appreciate its power. At Higher speeds (180) the wind tends to force your legs open. This can be shit because you keep fighting to keep your legs closed. Up to 160 km per hour its not an issue. Looks is a personal thing, so no comment there. This later model has no vibration through the bars. I do experience break fade after quite a bit of continuous hard breaking. But nothing to be worried about. On a smooth road through fast corners its planted and even better with a passenger, believe it or not. This bike will give you the love hate feeling. Some days you love it and some days not so much. For the most enjoyable ride you need to have it in rain and road setting. Dynamic is too brutal for the public roads and dynamic suspension to bloody hard. In rain mode you dont miss much power. It just has a smoother throttle response and the suspension softer for the rippled tarmac and bumpy rides. On most bikes out there you will average 140 on highways anyway. But the thing is, this bike is exciting and amazing. With a nice exhaust a set of ear plugs and a beautiful day , heaven waits. Tire pressure can be much lower to help with the hard ride. You will have more traction but tire ware is shit. One bit of advice....Make sure you have the right style of helmet. AGV pista comes to mind. You need good Aero- dynamics on a naked bike. Your Jacket must be tight around your neck area, arms and torso. A naked bike does not forgive shit attire like say a GS, GT or RT.....Get it wrong and your ride will not be what it can be. If you have the money but 2 bikes...1 S1000r and 1 GS,GT or RT.
Lets not forget about the wolf in sheeps clothing the R1200RS.......TIP, Make your rear sprocket 1 tooth longer. It helps with the high revving at highway cruising.

I went from a '15 S1KRR to the R. Very impressed with mine. Just slapped on a Puig aftermarket screen which helped alot with wind resistance. Wind the throttle man. The bike really comes alive at 9000rpm. Dont say you want to, open her up and enjoy😁😈

Did you get out of 1st gear?People who buy these aren't interested in how short the front mudguard is or how flimsy the chain guard is,which incidentally is probably very light.Grow a pair and wring it's neck😈

Hahha. We did get out of first gear matey but the roads here are limited to 60 so other than riskin losing a licence it’s difficult and to be honest that’s not the point in our reviews. Ride safe mate

Watched quite a few of your reviews, one which took my interest was your review on the HELITE, plus my in-depth research into HELITE vests....On that note I went out and brought two, one for me and one for my passenger at the London motorbike show 2018. They are not the cheapest thing to buy, but if They help in the event of a tumble They must be worth it.. you never seem to wear them!!! and I would have thought on a racing machine it would have been a mast. Do I assume then they ARE NOT is good as you originally thought!!.....£1000 is quite a big mistake......For you to have one each and me..Do look forward to your reply.
