I see what you mean, there’s a lot of potential for this place, really a shame they don’t invest more into the trails.

Totally agree with your review. It's a great place to get a workout in. I usually go there a couple times a year because somebody else wants to ride there but if I am going to drive all the way across town to ride I'm going to hit Airline instead.
I guess that place makes sense to someone, maybe the people who run the place, but not to the general public mountain biker, in my opinion. The people at the beginning of the video are 100% my experience there.

100%. It sucks to see such potential go to waste. I was told that they want to have 100 miles of trails and compete with Bentonville and other huge trail centers. They don’t realize that the quality of trails means WAY more than quantity. Kanuga only has like 10 total miles of trails and people come from all over the country to ride there. Disappointing to say the least.

I remember when I went here with my dad and it was my first time mountain biking and we missed the beginner trail and almost accidently went on a black diamond but I saw the black diamond symbol and a GIANT hill and my dad was about to go down it but I stopped him before he could get hurt

Lol I don’t know if I’ll ever willingly go back out to these trails, nice climb up goat hill too 😂

I used to love this place, back when they still had the teeter-totter & all the other good features. Now WWC is all about plain jane trails for their race series events (one every nine days it seems like..) ACME Trails. Fantastic for XC and working out though

Thumbs up for the climb. It was painful to watch

Good vid. I've been riding there since '95 back when there were only 7 miles of trail. Why in the world would they remove fun features in the 1st place? Seems like they'd just add more miles to the existing system & leave well enough alone. I love the fact that there are so many miles but removing fun jumps & such for no good reason is just plain silly.
