- A little overview of my new S1KXR.
Unfortunately this was recorded at a very windy day, so the exhaust sound nowhere near how it sounds in real life.
The exhaust servo has been completely removed for a much louder and deeper tone.
A Healtech servo eliminator is installed in place to trick the ecu.
Mods done so far:
Almost every M carbon part
Akrapovic exhaust with carbon cover
M billet pack
M sport seat
M brake fluid cover
BMW radiator protection
BMW screen protector
Healtech servo eliminator
Rizoma reverse retro bar end mirrors
Black tinted windscreen
Evotech crash protection
RubbaTech tank and knee pads
Nice video. I love the sound of the bird tweeting in the background, I was expecting to hear the helmet bouncing off the ground from falling off that rock.
Don't worry, i choose my rocks carefully.

How’s the seat for longish rides ….comfortable?? Did you notice any vibes in the handlebar🙌🙌❤️
I'm very satisfied with this M seat. I did a 700km trip last week and was a little sore at the end. Then again i'm not used to ride for so long, so i can't really complain about it.
And yes, the handlebars do vibrate starting above 4000rpm. I've purchased Evotech hand guard protectors that need to be mounted over the existing hand guards, which also function as handlebar weights. So i'm hoping this will reduce the vibrations.

How are the M seats compared to the standard seats? Does it make the ride height lower or higher compared to the standard?
The M seat height is exactly the same as the standard seat height.

Hoe is het nu met de vibraties boven 4000 toeren, scheelt het met de evotech hand protectors.

Gefeliciteerd met je aankoop. Er zijn nog kleine vibraties aanwezig ondanks de Evotech handprotectoren. Persoonlijk heb ik er geen last van.

Yes, i didn't like the idea of a push button start up. I much more prefer turn key ignition.

@Mitch XR those mirrors look great! The whole bike looks fantastic. 👌. Nice job. I see you gave someone else the model of mirror and the adaptor number you need to mount them. What about where the OEM mirrors mounted to the bike? I see it's some type of adapter as well. Are those from Rizoma also??

These come with the M billet pack.
So much money spent on carbon but cheap mirrors. Get something nicer.
Cheap? These aren't some mirrors from wish or ebay. They are Rizoma, and i like how they look on the XR.
