Great vid, a few housekeeping notes:
1) given the recommendation of Elsie’s and Blast Furnace, I think Adhorative should get in there also, incandescent heal clip is a crazy combo.
2) Parabellum doesn’t get Incandescent, it does get Frenzy.
3) Subjunctive is so freaking ugly, but it grows on you, maybe because it performs so well. Maybe because I only have to look at it from the back.

Explosive payload/one for all is fantastic on midnight, hated the gun at first but now I can't put it down. Haven't touched my Timelost Fatebringer in weeks
for sunshot you can get it with the solar hunter new light kits from Ikora. i don’t know if the exotic weapon is the same across classes but it is an easy pick up if you haven’t claimed the kit yet

They're reverting chill clip back to its original 2 burst splendor (except for rapid fire frames) so a well rolled, adept deliverance will be a solid option going into final shape. Charge time masterwork, accelerated coils, cornered and chill clip with the adept charge time mod.. might sound like overkill but idk, I miss 2 burst chill clip and I'm happy it's returning.

i was gonna say, im not sure if voltshot is still good for damage but i use the neomuna craftable fusion with lead from gold and voltshot as a damage weapon kill an add before damage and put the voltshot on the boss, also the rocket it shoots as part of the origin trait does a decent amount

My friend was pissed when I got the cold comfort roll after 1. Doing a CP to get navigator on first try and 2. Him helping me to get the catalyst for said navigator. I never did one full run of that dungeon 😂
deliverance has demo+chillclip and it will freeze in 2 hits after the buffs

personally not a fan of tremors on HC with the amount of shots it takes to proc.
@@SneakyBeaver EP does the job but KT is the icing on the cake imo. In onslaught I try to hold enemies at bay with primary as much as possible then just switch to Gally and indebted kindness till it’s Super time🫡.
Sleeper simulant is the goat. Always a good friendly gun for people who don't play often but still want to do raids
With chain reaction being nerfed, get an undercurrent with voltshot
Trials is fun, has the added benefit of improving your aim. Grind for cataphract when it comes out.
It's not so much the aspect of playing trials, it's more so that you are far more likely to get an edge transit god roll faster than a cataphract and given that cataphract won't be back before final shape launch outside of just dumping engrams, it's not ideal.
also I (think) they are removing it from the pool in final shape as well
Question what is best for doomed petitioner with precision instrument? I thought envious assassin would slap
envious for encounters where you can build it up before damage otherwise you can go with reconstruction.
The Summoner from trials is also very good for PvE. Got it to drop with heal clip + onslaught and it shreads and gives constant heals. That being said, it requires trials which is cringe but it feels well worth it
yeah its good, just falls under the same category as cataphract. good weapon, but up to you if you want to grind trials for it.

Goes from 8 shots to 14 shots to make the cage which on trace rifles is nothing plus they said you can still tap fire, just slightly worse ammo economy not really that big of a deal

nerf is not a big deal IMO.
People are exaggerating it a lot.
Most people will use it with cenotaph in series content and that feeds you special which is where they nerfed it
Sneak, may have missed it but how is Mountaintop getting nerfed? is it just through the spec mods getting removed and GLs not getting a buff due to that reason?
the main one is the Kinetic damage type weapons no longer deal bonus damage to bosses which hurts the recomb plan a bit.

If you picked a different subclass you can do it again on another character

There were only 4 machine guns mentioned here, and 3 of which were exotic. As a machine gun enjoyer and avid Actium war rig user, I will now give my top 5 machine guns in no particular order. I'm not including commemoration because sneaky already mentioned it... even though I think it deserves more praise being the only gun in the game to get reconstruction/killing tally.
1. Hammerhead - Crazy good perks and double damage perk potential. Rewind/killing tally or rewind/onslaught (rampage/killing tally for my fellow Actium users).
2. Song of Ir Yut - Comes with demo and a slew of other great reload and damage perks. Makes for a great weapon for any ability-focused build. Also has voltshot for arc builds.
3. Fixed odds - Hits harder than a cold one after a 5 hour pantheon run (trust me, I know). For those that would rather dive headfirst into a pit of a thousand screebs over running trials for Unwavering Duty... like myself. Field prep/incandescent.
4. Marcato-45 - Great for strand builds with demo/hatchling or demo/tricorn. It can also get onslaught, but I wouldn't recommend it because there's no good perks in the 3rd column to help it.
5. Retrofit Escapade - Everyone and their mom knows of the 4th times/target lock roll, but I've found that field prep/golden tricorn or feeding frenzy/golden tricorn with a void build and echo of domineering goes incredibly hard too.

What weapon changes is nerfing mountaintop?! I never saw any!
It’s more that kinetic special weapons no longer deal bonus damage to bosses compared to strand and stasis special weapons. They could honestly give mountaintop its own buff to compensate tbh

isnt deliverance gonna be better than riptide in FS because its only gonna require two shots instead of three to freeze?
Deliverance still suffers from having a lower rpm and it doesn't have auto loading holster like riptide does
Deliverence is fine, Its just a personal preference whether you prefer to use faster rpm or not. as long as the person has either riptide or deliverence e that's really all that matters.
Shame this doesnt come in a list format to tick things off

just wanted to keep the list somewhat reasonable.
Weapons of Light
Couple things to mention.
1. If you're a new light, you can get Sunshot through Ikora's "New light kits" if you select Solar. Or Gravition Lance if you choose void.
2. Midnight Coup (specifically with firefly, one for all) is in contention to be the greatest be-all end-all legendary hand cannon available. Go get it if you plan on using an exotic heavy/special at any point.
How is Mountaintop getting a nerf exactly?

I really want bait and switch to get nerfed so that I don't have to have crafted raid weapons to do basic dungeon content.

It happened on my main character that has done the story. I was redeeming on the sniper and after two red borders her menu glitched and it hasn’t came back.

Cataclysmic lost its purpose when the linear nerf hit, forbearance is heading down the same path in final shape
Can’t really compare a DPS weapon to an add clearing one. I doubt forbearance’s nerf will affect it enough where it’s not useable
Linear fusion rifles are still very good at dps.
@@rithvikmuthyalapati9754 LFRs lose in DPS to almost every other heavy weapon option except for LMGs. They are decent in total damage, however, do they might be a good choice in a Day One context.
@@amaurylaunay they're not best in slot but they are good in certain encounters. for example, an LFG team doing golgy. LFRs are the much safer play than having people run rocket/GL because they'll likely just kill each other because people love to strafe in wells lol
