And I say this because he was so confident in himself that he could defeat Windblight, he was so confident that he didn’t need any help from anyone else, especially not Link. But came Windblight, and he began his fight to the literal death, and he came to a jarring realization that he did in fact need Link’s help, so his SOS call was frantic and panicked. But he knew it would be in vain, because as much as he called for help he knew that Link wouldn’t be able to reach him. One reason being that Link wouldn’t have been able to get on Medoh, and the other reason being Link wouldn’t have been able to make it in time. And I find that, with this piece being played in the background makes it even sadder to think about. Well done on this!!

Mipha’s is panicked and first to go off. Daruk and Urbosa’s are next, slightly later on, but calmer and less panicked. Revali’s is last to play out. You can also occasionally here the Morse code S.A.D (Search and destroy) which is most likely some command for the Blights.

This was my favorite of the Divine Beast themes from the moment I heard it. The strings and constant rising and falling chords somehow sound like wind rushing past you.
The Vah Medoh dungeon music is my favorite from the soundtrack (you even got the S.O.S Morse Code notes in there on the Entry part, which is so awesome!) You played that and all the others so beautifully. I love this so much!

People say that revali is a mean and rude character, but think about it. He always got so much praise for creating revalis gale, he was the most skilled archer of all the rito, and he was a champion. The rito all looked up to him. Then link appears in his life, and link has a MUCH bigger role in defeating ganon than revali. Afterall, link is the hero chosen by the goddesses themselves, and he's the only one who can wield the master sword. and so revali is probably a little hurt that not just the rito but all of hyrule, the gorons, gerudo, zora, and hylians start to look up to link more than Revali, and so thats why he's rude to him. Its a defense mechanism. Also, in a champions ballad cut scene with Revali and zelda, before he realizes zelda can hear him. He messes up on creating the updraft for revalis gale and tells him self " not good enough. I must push myself harder" he's probably just a bit jealous of link and salty about it. He also really wants the rito to look up to him. I understand him completely and if you take the time to actually understand him, there's a reason for his rudeness and inside he's just a little hurt. He's not that bad of a character. Just give him a little thought. He's an okay guy. He's one of my favorite characters.

I hadn't tried, but I thought that maybe once your fingers learned to play that pattern, it'd become much easier to play anything like that. But now I HAVE tried, and I still haven't figured out quite how to do it... - then to add the jumps to it? If I can figure out one of the other songs, I'll be happy for now haha!
It took hours and hours :P. I wasn't even sure if I could play it that way. I first focused on the basic motif and then looped the runs and jumps measure by measure. After that it was a question of trying to generate the stamina :P. It's made me a bit more proficient in playing all kinds of runs though, so it was worth it!

It's fun to see definite improvement in an area by specifically challenging yourself like this! Both the Vah Medoh dungeon sections were challenging in their own way. The first one (I called "Entry") isn't hard to play but was REALLY tricky to transcribe. Those are some very weird harmonies... The "Dungeon" part wasn't hard to transcribe, but it's extremely tiring to play for the right hand because there's hardly any rest and it uses mostly the same fingers for the main motif. Glad you liked it! I think it turned out quite well to combine multiple of these short tunes into a thematic whole.

will you make a version of Revali's theme but slightly slower... I would love to try and learn it without having to pause every 0.5 seconds :D
