They both invented/ created the hair rig together. I used to talk to Lenny a later years on lake-3 at the woolpack about the of the hair. It was originally used in big game fishing way back in the early 1900s for better , hook ups when using large lures or baits. It was lenny's wife's hair that they used with the fish tank in lenny's house
