Not really, if you observe closely enough she stops smiling at around 50-60 of her age, which reflects the torture from life.

The size of eye ball is fixed when you born, it stays the same when you aging
The last one is even more impressive. I know she’s just a drawing but it felt like she was really happy at the end. I find it very heartwarming and there’s another feeling that I can’t describe with words, perhaps a lack in my vocabulary. This is a wonderful art!
