Facts
Kamehameha is actually Hawaiian. In fact, it's the name of a former Hawaiian King. It translates to “the very lonely one” or “the one set apart”. In Japanese, it means “Turtle Destruction Wave”. Some people have translates it to “Turtle Shock Wave".
Do you really think they are related, the Japanese and Hawaiian? Seems like more of a coincidence... Unless...i guess turtles are lonely, or mostly alone at least...a bit of a stretch

It’s like me when I started building the LEGO Death Star when I was like 12 and spent a week on it. Now I have it standing on a shelf collecting dust.
That is actually kind of awesome. It probably took a ton of time to draw and color all that. But the end result looks amazing.

Amazing as always, it really is good to see how much work goes into animation, I knew before I tried it out and was astounded by the amount of work involved. But the end result is so worth it. I would imagine many people have no idea just how much goes into moving 2D animation.
Watching this for years and I’m still impressed!
This is a reminder of how much work was put into animation back in the day before computers were used. Truly amazing.
modern animes still use papers and some pencil types
the only difference is that they trace all of the animations into digital
Unless if you work as an animator at Disney or Nick, they just use flash animation.

flash is just an easy money maker for them (disney, new cartoon network, etc), i salute hand drawn animations more.

I've watched this three times before and i didn't watch anime back then that much and then i appreciate animators more and more now for making 20 minutes episodes, i got mad when i heard one of my favorite animes were gonna make a season 2 in a year or more
