@@Aspen910 i mean yeah the guitar plays a part in how it sounds but the main reason for the sound is normally the amp/ pedals / digital effects that it is played thru That’s the reason people normally spend more money on an amp than the guitar

The type and quality of the pickups and quality of the material the guitar is built out of is just about equally as important I would think. The biggest difference is the pedal/amp though. A car doesn’t go anywhere without the engine doing the work.
