      You can do it! It's a matter of figuring out what you really want to do and of practice and that's what everyone can do

    I recently found your channel and I've been just watching all of your timelapses, you are very amazing! A question, how did you learn anatomy? do you have a book or a course you recommend? (you have probably already answered this but I can't find it)

      Thanks a lot! I started by just sculpting what I liked to sculpt which was a real mess and after while I looked at references on google images to do studies on body parts. I learned a lot from drawing tutorials which cover the fundamentals (like anatomy) quite well which helped me a lot. After a while I tackled my first Echorché study where I created the skeleton bone by bone and then added the muscles on top. I googled a lot of images and looked up 3d models on medical websites to find all the information I needed and that was a really good practice. I'm currently finishing my 3rd study like this. I stream two times a week and on sunday (maybe wednesday next week) I will finish the series. I covered the entire process on stream (around 70h for this project) and created a reference library with the references that I used for it. I made all of that available through my patreon, if that is interesting to you

    Super cool! Awesome job!!
    And I have a new question are you a freelancer or Freiberufler, I read there is a difference when it comes to the law and taxes in Germany. I read so much different stuff that I was confused. So I wanted to ask a German freelance how to be a legal freelancer :). Because maybe you can guess already that I want to start my journey in this field too.
    Sry that I always bother you!!

      Hey Eryl! No problem at all!
      The term Freelancer doesn't exist in the law in Germany it's not an acknowledged term. The official term is Freiberufler. That's the only difference. Both terms are being used for the same type of work though Freelancer is just 'eingedeutscht'

    How do you set up your matcap at beginning?

    • @FynnGB
      @FynnGB  Před 3 lety

      I use the matcap from the project 128 Dynawax that you can find in the lightbox and dial down the wax modifier to around 20
