@@ankitparihar667 Assuming you are getting the non cellular version. Yes , calls will work on the watch , but you have to be in range with your phone.
I just bought this watch yesterday and I’m already in love with it. It was so worth it. I am an educator in elementary school and this is great for work when you can’t use your phone. I work with students with behavioral issues more so and we have to record voice memos of them when they start going into an episode (it’s for legal purposes, to protect the staff in case parents attempt a law suit) and this is a convince for situations like that

@arthur morgan Parents in my country are all the opposite, believe me if the kid is not behaving well at home.. not having food on time the parents ask the teacher to give him good beating and straighten him up haha..
Even parents din care if for some reason the teacher would scold or beat us haha.. (But it was never abusive) Even i have been through that phase.. Despite all of this we had huge respect towards our teachers.
@arthur morgan I never said I needed expensive stuff I just enjoy my Apple Watch. That I bought with my money lol. Sorry I enjoyed a product n wanted to make a suggestion for anyone else who works in a similar position I do. Not everyone in the military is actively in combat 258. Teachers are the ones who see your children everyday. It is a difficult job to handle children with hostile behavior issues from 6am to 6pm everyday.
The SE devices (ever since 2016), are the best thing apple has ever done

Same man. Never had any Apple Products but an iPad Mini like 6 years ago and an ipod touch 4 back in the days. All of my phones were LG, Samsung and Huawei. I just recently switched to iPhone 11 Pro Max and now i just nees an Apple Watch, iPad Air and everything. I hated them for a long time but since the iPhone 11 came out i feel like Apple changed, a step in the right direction

I mean especially here in India yesterday they launched their online store and SE products target markets like India very aggressively before the SE lineup all they offered were flagship products that made a big hole in the pocket. Given the fact India being such a big market and ios has only 3.3% share here, SE lineup could surely boost number for apple around here!

I never owned nor considered apple watch, but realizing I could have music and podcasts downloaded to it, without carrying a phone to running is amazing, and you also get all those workout data just like with the phone. I will definitely get this!

I must've watched over a dozen SE reviews and all of them focused so hard on all the features that the SE doesn't have, especially in comparison to the Series 6 (you kept the comparisons brief in the latter part of the video which was much more ideal). Hey Mike, thanks for the video! I got the Apple Watch SE 44mm earlier today. However, noticed the multitasking button does not work - like once in 100 tries it opens the multitasking (or acts properly to download an app or activate Apple Pay), 10 times it goes to the Power Off / Emergency menu and nearly always just nothing happens... I suppose it is faulty and I need to pay Apple a visit. Correct? So unfortunate...

I got the 6 and after a few days decided to get the 44 mm cellular SE for less money.
First the ecg and oxygen apps seem irrelevant since I’m healthy. They say the same thing every time. The always on display is hard to read when dimmed.
I think the cellular feature will be more useful than the other features mentioned above. Summer-swimming, kayaking, jet skiing, paddle boarding without my phone.
I’ve been using Apple Watch 2 for the last 4 years and love it!
So what does cellular do? I’m new to this snd my boyfriend wants me to get the newest watch, I think the SE would be perfect for me. I workout, work, and raise my babies.. So I’ll probably be texting and checking on family. What do you recommend?
@@katelynnp1439 I love my cellular watch. It costs $10 a month on your cellphone bill is the only con. But I think for safety always having a phone on your wrist is worth it. I can go jogging , biking and kayaking without bringing my phone but still make calls and get texts.
I’ve never owned any smart watch before, let alone an Apple Watch. The SE seems like the best balance of value and features of any others in the current lineup, especially for a beginner

Yes....most people don't need an ecg and since the blood oxygen level sensor has no specs on how acurate it is...you should just go with the SE and HR sensor
The lack of Always on Display is the big issue for me
@@juliet4093 that is a fair point. It has a sorta always on display it just doesn't display everything haha
Yeah unless you know how to interpet the blood oxygen or an ECG. I am a veterinarian and I can tell you that we rarely actually use the pulse ox. Sure its on the patient but it normally causes more confusion and frustration than any helpful information. And ECG can be difficult to interpret even for doctors. You have to be still and normally we have 3 leads that we can switch between.

Amazing watch especially for the price, just got mine a few days ago and I’m in love with it. It got all the features that you need. In terms of not having always on display and oxygen level doesn’t really matter for me
Great review bro..Many of the other tech channels didn’t do a thorough review on the new SE because of how similar it is to the 4 or 5..but that’s not really the case cause it does have a significant amount of differences..

Apple needs to continue providing more budge friendly options like this and the SE phones just like they now have the more budget friendly ipad as a lower tablet option to the iPad Air and pro devices. This is why android often sold SOOOOOO many more overall than iOS devices, because there just were so many more options to experience the android OS.
They’ve finally created a watch that’s not so insanely expensive for a 44 mm that I’m strongly getting my first Apple Watch
I bought myself a 6 and got my mom an SE and for someone like me that needs the best of the best I love the 6 and all of the features but for people like my mom that don't really care about blood oxygen or always on display is perfect for her she loves the smaller 40 mm gold with gold milanese loop and it really shows how apple is really good at providing products for all types of consumers and forever trapping you in their ecosystem lol
oh and Spigen sells some really nice minimalistic watch cases and they fit really well that and LK screen protector and you won't have to worry about a thing I'm a professional aircraft and marine paint correction specialist and I've had all sorts of taps and bumps and its still good as new

I just upgraded to the SE from the Series 2. It’s a huge upgrade IMO. The screen size alone makes it worth it. It’s difference is very noticeable.

I actually think the series 2 is still worth it. I bought an used series 2 last year and it's still workings great, and it has gps which is the feature I was look for.
So you should probably sell yours to someone else so they can get it for cheap, a lot of people can't have these devices because of the price. Or give it always to a family member or friend or something like that

Purchased a new Apple Watch series 3 about 3 weeks ago at Walmart for $169 & don’t get me wrong for it being my first Apple Watch for a short period of time I loved it I really had no complaints about it for it being a 5 year old device but I had to go back yesterday and exchange it for a brand new SE and so far I’m liking it! ⌚️👍🏼

I am obsessed with this watch, it's perfect for the every day person! I will say though I disagree with the suit comment. With the right type of band this thing looks amazing with a suit, you can definitely dress it up despite the lower end materials.

I got mine a few weeks ago and its perfect. I don't think you should go for the Series 6 unless you crazy on health
I’ve been wearing my series 3 for a few years now and I love it I use it everyday in work and exercise it’s been very handy but the battery is going quickly so I’m looking for an upgrade, they all basically do the same things the series 7 and others have the blood oxygen monitor but when will you daily use this? You are better sticking with the older models such as the 3 because it does everything you need it to do and for the price you are better with the old ones
