Anakin really needed to be trained in isolation. Having a Sith in one ear and a Jedi in the other confused him into adulthood

There is a what if story where Qui Gon never told the council about Anakin's existence and actually left the Jedi Order to train Anakin in secret.

The end of TPM was always so unsettling in how it has a seemingly happy ending, but the undertones are less happy. I was always amazed when I saw it in theaters at how many people thought it was an actual happy ending.

That's pretty much the same thing I have thought especially beforehand ob1 including the Jedi not trusting but having the tolerate Anakin while Qui-Gon was the only one that not only trusted him fully but would have made Anakin feel like and perhaps he would have open up the way more then he would have with Obi-Wan. But during the funeral scene and the way he looked at Qui-Gon Jinn burning I can see the fear and unsettlement with Anakin's eyes

Yup. It all made sense to why Palpatine wants Qui Gon dead and out of the way because Qui Gon being the only Jedi in tune with the Living Force itself and Anakin's limitless potential would have been a threat to him. He wanted the Jedi Order itself to be so dogmatic that they lose themselves, their own dogmatic rulings sealed their destruction at the hands of the boy they're too scared of, it's ironic. A combination of Obi Wan not wanting Anakin, Qui Gon's demise at the hands of Darth Maul, and the Jedi Council's resentment and fear towards Anakin did influence him to become Darth Vader, Palpatine as Darth Sidious orchestrated all that, and with Qui Gon out of the way, it's game over for the entire galaxy, the Jedi had already lost the war the moment Qui Gon met his demise and Anakin being so alone without a father figure like Qui Gon.

What if Qui-gon Jinn survived on Naboo?
There are also these What-If story ideas as well.
What if Count Dooku was redeemed?
What if Ahsoka Tano didn’t leave the Jedi order?
    And
What if the Resistance failed to destroy Star Killer Base?

I see all this differently. Anakin did bring balance to the force. The force has the Lightside and the Darkside. The Jedi did lose they're way, like you said in the video and because of Anakin and his kids, the force sides were equal. I think it was meant to go that way.

It's not Anakin's fault that the Force decided for him. Kenobi was not a good teacher and missed his student. Like Yoda, he missed one of his friends, although he could also be more sensitive, diplomatic, more attentive and not a zero psychologist who does not understand anything at all, especially seeing a boy with a difficult childhood and mental injuries who needed help in time to avoid such mistakes of youth.

So many people say had qui gon lived anakin would not have turned to the darkside and I believed that for a long while also.
His journey as a jedi would have been different for sure
But can it really be said the destination would have been different?
If he had visions of padmes' death in that scenario, nothing would stop him from attempting to prevent her death. He'd go to any lengths needed to ensure her life does not end as we'd seen in the RoS film.

The Force works in mysterious ways. The Jedi order, like the Catholic Church, had fallen and arrogance in their core beliefs and teachings. And suffered from the politics their hegemony caused. For it was Anakin and the Sith that eradicated the fallen Jedi order. But it was the son of Anakin whom redeemed him and destroyed the Sith. Sealing the fates of both.

Despite all Obi-wan could do for Anakin, he didn't realize that he had already lost him way before Qui-Gon was killed. The moment Anakin heard Obi-wan say "the boy is dangerous", not only did it completely sever his trust in him, it caused Anakin to develop a deep hatred for Obi-wan. Palpatine didn't even have to try to turn Anakin against Obi-wan because he was already rebelling against him.

I don't think Qui-Gon would have had Anakin at Corasant more then he absolutely had to. It was the center of all of the things he knew would be problems for Anakin. I think the most important thing would have been that Anakin would have told Qui-Gon about the Raider slaughter or some equivalent assuming that Qui-Gon would have made sure that Anakin knew that Shmi was safe even if Anakin wasn't the one to free his mother. Obi-Wan wanted Anakin to suppress his desires and emotions, while Qui-Gon would have harnessed them.
