i love this film.back in the 80's as a kid i used to rent this movie and a bunch of other martial arts movies and sit for hours in front of the tv.i always liked sho kosugi.he was awesome in enter the ninja and just saw him recently in ninja assassin,he still looks pretty good.
I could be wrong but isn't there a movie about a ninja being brought back to life and he kills everyone in his path? I remember seeing a movie like that in the 90's.
If they made this film today it would star some overrated hack like Bradley Cooper backed by a bunch of CGI gymnastics, CGI sets and CGI blood...damn new cinema sux ass!!!
Someone, please, i remember another fav movie from my childhood besides this one. It was about two cops chasing some killer.. can't remember the name, something like, Bloody Moon, or Red Moon, if someone knows something like this please tell me....

My dad bought the bootleg tape from Japan back in ‘86…… Spent a ton of weekends watching this together. Great ninja flick!!!

That sounds similar to Ninja III: The Domination. It's Sho Kosugi's movie before this one. It was released in 1983.
@iliaPayne - You are most likely thinking of Bloodmoon, a Gary Daniels martial arts action movie. You'll find a few clips and trailers on youtube.

There was ninja movie from the 1990s called "blood Moon". Wrestler Rob Van Dam was in it brifly
