Underated and in my opinion one if not the best rock/metal band to have blessed us since their arrival. I've had the pleasure of meeting them and having a few drinks with them. Great down to earth people. A fan now for over 40 yrs.they just made it for me. And just get better and better.

Bro, very neat video. I'm 61 as of 3.19.2022 and just rediscovering the Metal Head in me. These guys are a decade older than me and living proof AGE IS JUST A NUMBER.
I still ride motocross, road cycle when the weather is decent, drive like the wind and open to start racing karts this summer and cars in the near future.
Life's for LIVING, not just existing.
    💪🏻🐞✝️🏁💪🏾

Saxon are one of the best from my childhood. They have improved over the years and have continued to make great music year after year. Lionheart could be the best thing they ever did

Saw Saxon and Motorhead together at Wolverhampton Civic Hall in 2006? Forget the year to be precise but 2 great British metal bands formed in the latter part of the 70s. Fortunately their music lives on in these vids.

They offered us such great songs in the 80's, I did used up my Denim & leather LP back then 😄... I've always felt the 90's had not been kind to them but they took the right turn by the end of the millennium and since then they've been really great. Damn, these past 40 years have been so awesome when you're a metal fan 🤘🤘🤘🤘

I was really into that mystical, Arthurian mythology at the time. I had been eyeballing this cassette tape with awesome cover art. Mounted knights in a desert with vanquished enemies on the ground at the hooves of their steeds. All kitted out in barding. Had my eye that tape in the bargain bin for weeks, wondering about it. Since momma raised an ugly child not a stupid one, I pinched the money out of my mother's purse(Not as if I was going to take a runner with my own money lol) and went and bought it. Never even hearing of them before I played the tape, I knew how good it was when I was told in a loud and stern father's voice to turn that trash down. Well that was the 80's, Im in my 50's and Saxon is still played in my house. Cannot wait to get this new record. Maybe I can scare my kids with it , by turning my grandkids onto Saxon.

Some things I have to say in one comment (Updating as time goes on)
    I missed it dang it!
All their faces were small except Pete Gill in the beginning but became bigger by the 2nd photo
    2:27 David Ellefson (I'm sorry)
    0:54 Small
    1:26 Both didn't morph
1:40 So I- *Cut off* Ride Like The Wind
2:36 He didn't morph the whole time. Also he reminds me of Tom Hanks.
3:16 Just like Larry Dennison from Dio
I think this is another band where none of the members died. Unless someone did and I didn't dig deep enough.
Imagine if Saxon made a song called Saxon from their album Saxon. Then it's Saxon from Saxon by Saxon.
Dang the current lineup is as old as me.
    Nigel replaces Nigel in 1987
I almost forgot Pete Gill was also in Motorhead.
Believe it or not, Biff also played bass. Before Paul Johnson joined, he recorded the bass tracks on Rock The Nations.
4:39 Biff puts his hand on his ear as if he heard something. Still looks somehow realistic or something despite no morphing dots being put on the hand.
0:34 I don't know why but Paul's photo makes me want to go to a Lightning game at Amalie Arena
2:12 Oliver stares into your soul right as he leaves. It's like when one of my friends stared at us through the window as the bus leaves him at his stop. Or maybe it's like he's some villain saying I'll come back and get you.
    3:36 Paul's like "Something smells"
Nibbs Carter is the youngest out of everyone in the band.
It's almost 45 years since Saxon was formed.
