      Well the Expos did win the nlds in 1981 but yeah ok what you mean I feel bad for the Expos though they had so many great players a lot of talent they were just spread out or they couldn’t hold onto them and especially feel a lot of sympathy for the ‘94 Expos that strike was bs

    This game is definitely a memorable game to see. The Cardinals were down 6-0 and they never quit Washington ran out of gas and St. Louis capitalized on that.

      It wasn't all on him. There were some pitches that would have been strikes had his catcher properly kept his glove in the strike zone. He did such a bad job at framing pitches that some would-be stikes wound up being called balls. It was glaringly apparent in the Molina at-bat.

    One of these teams would go on to win the 2019 WS. And one of these teams just lost their best (by far) position player. And one of these teams is about to add a generational talent. Life comes at you fast, Nats fans.

    On the hit that tied the game, it bouncing off the infielder was basically the worst thing that could happen for where the ball was placed. If the infielder gets it he might get the force at 2nd and end the game, or hold the tying run at 3rd at least. If it rolls past him the center fielder can get to it and either hold the tying run at 3rd or maybe there’s a play at the plate. Instead it bounces off the infielder into no mans land and 2 runs score.
