PNW Components Introduces the Next Gen Range Handlebar and Stem

Introducing the next generation of the PNW Components Range Handlebar and Range Stem. We kept the best parts of our Range Handlebar and baked ‘em into this new one. The Gen 3 bars still feature a 10 degree back sweep and 5 degree upsweep to put your arms and shoulders in a more relaxed position. And a 30mm rise in the bar means you won’t be hunched over like those creepy scoliosis tests they used to give in gym class.
But not everything about the Range Handlebar Gen 3 is the same as its predecessor; it’s bigger, lighter, available in a new diameter, and it looks different too. We’ve been able to widen the bars from 780 to 800mm while extending the butting profile and removing unnecessary material, reducing the weight by as much as 25 grams. Whether you're a fan of nostalgia or convinced bigger is always better, the new Range Bar keeps the 31.8 clamp diameter alive but is also available in an additional 35mm option.
Enough about the Range Bars, let’s chat about the Range Stem for a hot second. After a ground-up redesign, the Gen 3 Range Stem has a completely different look, from the body’s shape to the subtle graphics on the sides. The CNC’d, 6061 aluminum body has shed 40 grams. The Range Stem maintains its sizing with 40mm and 50mm variants, but now comes in two diameter options (31.8mm and 35mm) so you can pair your Range Bar and Stem to make quite the iconic duo.

I just installed the Gen 3 Range bars on my 1999 Specialized FSR Sport. They were easy to install and look great! I am able to ride without the pain in my wrists and feel like I have more control over the bike! Definitely worth the upgrade! Thanks!

Can someone help me get or find these handlebars in the dune color...
Just ordered 3 gen for my Trek Roscoe. The stock bars are 750mm. These are 800mm which seem extremely wide. I might cut then down after install tomorrow!

Also, please help me understand, Worldwidecyclery has the stem listed as 3 year warranty, BUT you guys have it listed as lifetime warranty? They also have it listed as 153g which differs from your info...
Thanks for letting us know! The Range Stem info on below and our site is accurate. The next gen Range Stem (priced at $79) still comes backed by our lifetime warranty and weighs anywhere from 148 to 170 grams depending on the length and diameter of the stem.

So you widened the handle bar for gen 3. Can you trim it back down to 780 without compromising its stability?

Yes! The Gen 3 Bar at 780mm wide should ride much like the KW Edition of the handlebar at the same width.
PNW - please make a 40mm rise handlebar, pls pls.
