We should've gotten expanded alternative wings for $40. the Sully megafig is about three pounds of plastic at the same price so cost isn't the issue.

My DC direct Arkham Croc's right arm fell right the hell off when opening package. So, I'm happy to get this McFarlane one. I'll need to jazz him up a bit though
I love how people bitch about mcfarlane articulation then buy 55 dollar super 7 figures with half the articulation
The Super 7 does come with a ton of hands, guns and different heads for a figure

I had the DC Direct Arkham Asylum Killer Croc, and while a great looking figure, his shoulder broke on day 2...
Awesome video man! I have the DC Direct Croc, and I can tell you that figure 100% had breakage issues. His MASSIVE shoulder joints are CLEAR PLASTIC, and his elbows are INSANELY tight. When I got him the figure was put in boiling water to soften it up to get it moving. Thankfully mine has not broken, and apparently they re-released it and changed the shoulder joint material (maybe even to metal? I'm unsure on that one), but it's still fragile. This croc seems a lot more fun, but certainly not as nice looking.

Yup, mine broke while just doing a basic 360 rotation.
Gave my croc megafig a repaint and he can be a stunner but base paint wise the the old one has better base paint. Also love your vids too jcc2224

Brad, both have pros and cons but are overall satisfying. I am waiting for a Man bat variant with open wings. Normally Todd will do a repaint and maybe a variant head(swamp thing). He did change the torso on Darksied (in theory)so it is possible for a flight pose variant. I would also like a wash applied and tone down or lose the bright purple ear paint. Croc could use a wash too. Croc is ordered, for me Man bat is a strong 🤔. Fantastic review 😎✌️

I'm pretty sure Todd McFarlane is just the name and face of McFarlane Toys.. he's not actually sculpting, painting, drawing the products. He's probably not really that involved till it's time to do his little preview short video on the item. You can see it on his face sometimes.. that it's the first time he's seeing it himself. He's definitely not the same as Steve Jobs was as the face of Apple.
i brought 2 DC Direct Arkham Asylum Killer Croc figures back on the day. they both broke at the right arm. never brought another DC Direct figure since

Definitely a prime case of the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. If you look at each part of the figure you’re going to see a LOT of problems BUT really, when was the last time we got a Man-Bat figure that looks NEARLY this awe-inducing? Why do SOME people insist on capitalizing EVERY letter in some words for emphasis? I FIND it REALLY annoying. I mean it GRINDS my patootie into a fine powder then JUST blows it into the wind.

I was going to get both, but I think Killer Croc 🐊 is the best designed piece here.
In spite the problems I like the Man -bat, but the those purple sploches on the ears look very off putting for me , if I get him I am definitely repainting that

Apparently, they're out in some stores, but no one announced them anywhere online, only through forums and photos from people who physically bought them from stores.

Only man bat I’ve got is the Arkham Knight one thought you’d have had that? So I’m looking forward to my weak ankles man bat when it gets to the uk. Got the dc collectibles Arkham asylum killer Croc too which I think not having the McFarlane one in hand yet looks better however is probably the most fragile thing ever so be nice to have one you can actually mess about with. Similar story to the Titan joker to be honest.
I dont get your issue with the wings when you praise the Mattel one for basically the same setup. The DCU Classics one has even more gapage
The wings are molded and don’t really have that wing flesh color. Ngl the DC Direct wings might be the best one.

I've noticed that with McFarlane the dc multiverse figures ankles want from one extreme to the other with the ratchets in the ankles being so stiff there hard to stand in curtain poses and ugly balls now there sculpted but so loose they can barely stand at all!
Please start showing the height of the figures

Mr. Freeze will be tricky cause of his freeze gun. I wouldn't mind mcfarlane just doin a fig and maybe find a custom freeze gun to add on.

Yea, I haven’t got the croc yet but he looks really good, people disagree and think he’s not that good but I’m my opinion he looks awesome
Man Bat is now a pass for me McFarlane's CQ issues are getting worse man bat would have benefited with ratchet joints in his ankles they're also give you articulation is these line but it doesn't work c'mon Todd get you're act together.
This is why Mcfarlane sold more action figures than any line in 2021. Period. Awesome
It was found out that that list was a lie. They didn’t take into account how Hasbro actually made money. Something like that. Realistically it would be Marvel Legends.
