I so much hold madam Yemi in high esteem, her intelligence and submissions are always on point.
Please be reminded that the federal government had on the past gone the legislative along the legislative way on the local government autonomy issue, but after the legislation was passed by the National Assembly, enough State Assemblies refused to pass it to kill the process!
