- Join me as I spend Leap Day 2024 at Disney Springs to see what's new and have some fun! I find some Leap Day deals, check out the new Little Words Project kiosk and their customizable friendship bracelets, have a very surprise lunch at Rainforest Cafe that ends up being almost free, and kick off my birthday weekend unexpectedly (and I share how you can do it too!). Then we explore the year round Christmas store, Days of Christmas, and World of Disney, to find new St. Patrick's Day and Easter merchandise! On a day that only happens once every 4 years, let's wrap up February and kick off March with some fun, food, weird animatronics, and cute Disney shopping! Next vid will kick off a new vlog series, stay tuned!
What a fun way to spend Leap Year day. I sometimes like to make bracelets like that and they do make sweet little gifts. The lunch looked delicious and what a nice early unexpected birthday surprise.

Happy Birthday Jackie. I miss the smell of the Rainforest Cafe, like musty water, bleach and food. I know that sounds weird, but smells invoke my most favorable memories. Wish they would make a candle or infuser scent like that.

Happy Birthday! I remember when I was in high school and the Rainforest Cafe opened at the Sawgrass Mills Mall. It was about 50 min drive, but cool to go to. Then a few years later the one opened at Disney. I never had the Shrimp Sampler, would usually get the Mojo Bones (Baby Back Ribs).

Happy Birthday Jackie! I was born in 1971 (Sagittarius). I remember in 4th grade, all the girls traded Friendship Pins. We’d put beads on safety pins and then fasten them to our shoe laces across the front all in a row after trading. It was so much fun and always made me smile when I looked at my feet!
I think Taylor Swift brought Friendship Bracelets back in fashion with her Eras Tour from singing one line in the song “You’re on You’re Own Kid”. Astonishing how that one line took off and went around the world! What a beautiful thing - spreading love & friendship everywhere

Actually likely cleaner shrimp in the tank. They are put into saltwater tanks to help get rid of fish poop. They are quite standard in the aquarium trade. Fortunately they aren’t for eat as they are very small.

Between the bracelets, the return of vinyl, retro gaming, X-Men '97, etc., 90's babies are seeing their entire childhoods resurface one trend and/or pop culture icon at a time! And speaking of _my_ childhood in particular, it's so validating to know that I'm not the only one who absolutely _adores_ the Rainforest Cafe haha we almost never set food in Orlando without visiting Tracy Tree and Cha Cha the red-eyed tree frog at least once. We love Rainforest. Our grandson had to go every time we went to Disney. He also liked T Rex after it opened.
We took him every year to Disney from the time he was 6 to 14. He didn’t even need a map lol. He is now 25 and still loved going to Disney. Always love your videos.
