When I was in Jerusalem 40 years ago street vendors would sell ka'ak (Jerusalem bagel) with zaatar wrapped in newspaper. I saw this baked item pictured in your video but it seems gone are the street vendors and the zaatar in newspaper.
While I did enjoy kaak with zaatar in Jerusalem forty years ago, I did not try the tamarind beverage sold by vendors in costume from traditional dispensers. I never see this in recent videos. Is this something of the past? (People must do things when they have the opportunity because that opportunity may never come again).
