Love the idea of a turbo ZZR1100, but I seriously just cannot get past that monstrosity of a front fairing. You could have at least kept the standard lines and recessed those lights in, then covered them in clear perspex or similar to preserve aerodynamics.
Not seen many more over the top, indulgent builds in my life--- watch this space and you'll see how a neat turbo zx10/ zzr11 looks...( all credit to zzr dedication, though...)
honestly, my hats off on the actual build, but if i was going to build and spent this kind of money , i would of at least done it on a d model, and tried to keep it as close as possible to the factory look, i think you could agree that kawasaki 1100 lovers like the original design , having said that,, hats off to all the contributors who had a hand in this build,, id be scared to drive this bike, to radical for most of us lol
bike as it is from factory is beast, i cant imagine what is like to ride whith this ecwipment ??????????????????, great job man, is eny one video on youtube with this storm kawas, thanks, let me now
amazing feat of engineering and fabrication. if the 500hp is true, truly a phenomenal mechanical masterpiece. and if someone threw that bodywork and paint on my '92 ZX11, i would beat them to death with a rusty hammer and bring photos to the judge. at least if someone dumped a truck full of horse shit on it, i could wipe that off.
the front fairing is ugly bgut can see it is required for build, nuts , good job, where is the beast in 2020 on X-Mas day, I would love to just rip this on XmAs day
AWSUM build what have you others built latley? my 93 zx1100 is done not this baddas give credit where it is do ,,you want to trace wire for wire? GREAT JOB on that bike TAS.....
Tiny bit sad, stock this bike is only "bettered" in looks by the ZX12 possibly the most beautiful "sport style" bike ever! I have a 93 ZX11D... GOD I love this bike! and I do plan on throwing two small turbos on it (from an Audi A6 I have laying around) I will have to custom build all the manifolds and (even though you can "blow thru" the carbs up to around 8 PSI I don't even know where to start to find an injection system that has the right "range" for this engine. all that said, where is the video showing this VERY ugly but amazing bike running?? I MIGHT be able to deal with the looks... If I get to se a video of it lifting the front wheel @100 mph LOL
@@Pianissimo1970 no, he's worse. he's got the same bike, but thinks they made enough changes between this '91 model or my '92 model and his 2000 model that they're somehow different. (p.s. they didn't) his ram air set up is a little wider up front, they routed the cooling a little different... my bike could still run with his all the way to 175 where they both top out.
im really imp rest that you used the first model zzr to do this to as they were a big bucket of poo motor and all so what you did to it couldn't make it look any worse oh well the front of it looks crappier but over all it looks like a yellow and orange turd. sadly becouse you took the aerodynamics out of the front of it you still wont be able to take it over 260 are the speed wobbles will put you on your ass so over all what a fucking waste of time and money this thing was
If Thomas the Tank Engine was a motorbike...
Un avion de chasse déguisé en moto de Jacky 😏 ( très beau travail bravo )

OMG that nose cone, why no actual go fast videos though, bummer, where is this beast today

Congrats, I think you have on of the to ten most fugliest bike ever.
you would have been better off paying your child endowment.
nice mods but you made the bike look ugly as fuck unless you are going for some sort of 80s style future bike.
You ruined a zzr1100
Horrible.
