    I have tinnitus and I’m almost 13 years old. I listen to this video and a video from dale snail. I pray to God and I tell my self I’m going to be healed. I tell my self that mostly everyday. After a while it gets better if you do this. I stopped doing it and it got worse. So if you do it long enough you will be healed, but still have faith in God. He will work miracles in your life.

    So I found this video a couple of nights ago and started listening to it. I was using computer speakers, good ones though and, my ears began popping just from listening. Not loud pops almost like my ears were trying to push some wax out or something. I only listened for a couple of minutes. I went ahead and hooked up my headphones today. My ears have probably popped about 150 or more times while listening. I'm not listening loud, just about the volume of my tinnitus. If it does nothing else it is masking the tinnitus while I listen to it. I listened to it right to right and am now listening right to left. Same effect going on.
    I am 54 years old and can't recall a time in my life when my ears didn't ring. I have small ear canals and had severe ear infections constantly till almost 12 years old. I have listened to more than my far share of loud music, gone to concerts and stood in front of stage speakers. I was In the Army for a few years assigned to field artillery units. The relief of not hearing the ringing even for the 30 or so minutes was heaven. Now that it's done, the ringing is back. I saw someone mention earlier the ringing got louder afterwards. I really don't think so I think I just notice it more. I've had it all my life. I will continue to do this at least once a day and will get back with you periodically to let you know my results. Thanks!

      @carlosimperial1 Před 6 lety +3

      Tinnitus can be the result of way too many things, certain therapy may work for some people but not for others depending on the root(s) of the problem, in other words, there's not a standard cure for tinnitus as tinnitus itself might be a symptom caused by the malfunction of an internal organ like the liver or kidney, other causes include sinus, high cholesterol,spleen problems, etc in chinese traditional medicine, they relate tinnitus to kidney failure or malfunction, drinking plenty of water and following a detoxification program has really helped me lower my tinnitus, i have gone days without hearing it and when it comes back is not as loud as the previous last time, it has taken me months trying to follow a healthier diet but it is worth it

    I would definitely recommend a hearing aid for those who is suffering from tinnitus. Tinnitus starts as the brain is trying hard to hear the sound that you can’t hear clearly. By hearing the sound you can’t hear by a hearing aid, the brain will not get stressed but relaxed. I tried it and the tinnitus almost disappeared.

      From what I have read, you have to match the sound you hear for each ear and raise the volume to just barely above the sound your tinnitus makes. There is a tunable frequency generator free online that will help sorry you have to google that. Good luck.

    I've struggled with it a couple times now due to massive scarring on eardrums from childhood, and perforating my eardrum a few times as an adult. One thing people don't tell you when you first get it (which they should) is that eventually your brain simply becomes habituated to it. It takes something like 3-6 months. I imagine it takes much longer if you obsess over it. My obsession stopped once I realized it was just a sound, and not effecting my overall health. Go to an ENT, get hearing checked and managed, get something that produces white noise (especially helpful for sleep) if you need to, and move on with your life. There's no cure, just management.

    • @dondoughty488
      @dondoughty488 Před 7 lety +2

      Hehe "Do not bother" Kneister ??? It does not go away if you have tinnitus. it
      will go away if you hear a loud pop as a kid I heard that many times and
      the ringing went away but too much exposure to loud noises and damage
      can occur to the small hair like fibers in the cochlea. it is the
      damaged fiber responsible for transmitting the frequency to the brain.
      that is why we hear it when nothing is going on. Do not panic. you can
      escape the sound if you need to by masking it with ambient sounds like
      the TV, shower or something like this but know this: some people feel as
      if they are trapped in a box and can not get out and that is nothing to
      be dismissed. I have lived near a woman who took her own life because
      of this. I just wish someone had told her the ways to get away from it
      when you have to.

    • @kneister8297
      @kneister8297 Před 7 lety +6

      It can get better if you have tinnitus, it is a mental proces, you must not interpretate the sound as important, that is very difficult, you should not listen to "horror stories, of people who are desperate and whant to die, be positive and mask it if it gets anoying, do the things you liked before you had tinnitus, then it can get better. Mine is a lot better then before and i am not on the end of my recovery, every month it gets a little better and i bother lesser. Sometimes it is as good as gone, this works for most people. Yes there is no medicine to take it away, but you can recover and get your life back, it is not easy but possible!
