this might be TMI, but.... I started adding psyllium husk to my oatmeal and man, food just pushes it's way through me like never before and I no longer get upset stomach after eating rich food. I guarantee you she uses fiber and other digestive aids before and after :P

@@Rogue1717 I worked at a haunted theme park and if you are in a scare zone (at least at the park I worked at) you weren’t allowed to jump scare people with food as it’s bad for business because most of time they will replace the food you dropped if someone scared you free of charge. Meaning that they have to give food away that could have been sold so it money lost. They don’t want to pay for you to get food for free and don’t want to have to have someone clean up your dropped food in the middle of where people start running because they’re scared.
