doctor who and the multiverse of madness
A lot of people were confused about Captain Marvel getting killed by the statue. It was subtle, but if you pay attention to the CGI during their showdown, Wanda seems to drain the cosmic energy out of Captain Marvel before killing her.
Also Xena statue can kill captain marvel
honestly, if we assume the statue only knocked her out it wouldn't affect the plot much.
Yes, you're right. She did drain her power because you can see her mask disintegrating in toward Wanda and then she takes Captain Marvel's energy and focuses it into a blast. When you see her hit the ground, she's no longer got any cosmic energy around her. If you remember from WandaVision, she didn't just take back her chaos magic, but she also absorbed Agatha's purple energy, the same way Agatha was doing to other witches.
I think the fight in general made no sense. If she can dispatch Black Bolt and Mr. Fantastic in a split second, then there shouldnât have been a fight at all lol
@Nuketendo Wanda's power was limited when dreamwalking into her other self, she wasn't AS powerful. Not as powerful as the Scarlet Witch, but still powerful, and Wanda better than anybody knows how to use her powers and what she can do. But again she was a weaker body and comparatively weaker magic.

In fact Wanda didnt want to do all that, when she says in the final of the movie "i would never hurt anyone, im not a monster" its because that was her real self talking there, remember what strange said in the beginning, the darkhold corrupts anything and everyone that touches it, it messes up with her mind and made her act that way, and kill all those people, what broke the corruption was her seeing her children afraid of her.
So does the dark side of the Force, yet some people just can't forgive Anakin for his crimes as Vader. He did get some sort of redemption in the end, but if he had lived it would likely have been too little too late. Wanda, if she comes back, can't truly go back to the hero she used to be. She chose to read the Darkhold and she alone is responsible for what it did to her.
@@oliviarogers2808 well, she still was innocent of the darkhold, she did read it to know more of herself, her powers and about her origin, she didnt knew about the side effects she only read it because agatha told there was a entire chapter devoted to her on the darkhold, she wanted to understand her power to never harm others again as she said to Monica, wasnt her fault at all :/

I love this movie, I saw it three times in the cinema. I hope that when they make a Scarlet Witch movie they focus on her psychological aspect, because she is a character who is not really evil, but if she is someone with many psychological problems, which only professionals notice, since she has plenty of disorders, I have hope that his movie comes out before the avengers movies.
I agree. Many reasons for her turning in the comics are because her emotions overwhelm her. The reason she is dangerous is because her emotions drive her. She loses her kids, she'll go on a killing spree. Mess with her family, she'll hunt you down. She acts on impulse and that is what makes her a dangerous yet interesting character. Would love to see more of how she thinks because it is definitely complex.

He opens a portal but doesn't have the means to control when he jumps or how to get back home. He takes some people with him(some by accident). His friend, professor, and a singer. They travel to different realities trying to find the means to get back home.
It's a show they should remake. With today's tech and makeup, they could do a very good version. Tho the original was good. Tho most liked the first couple seasons more.
My daughter and I loved this movie. When the movie was done. She said Dr Strange is her top 3 superhero. She just turned nineđ„°
There are two What If Episodes on Disney+ you probably want to see. That's Episode 1 for Captain Carter and Episode 4 for Dr. Strange. The entire series was great.

I've traveled the multiverse and seen the variants of JV and Jane. Sometimes they are with other people, sometime they are different sexes, something they have kids or not. But out of all the JV and Jane's I've seen, our universe has the best version honestly. Our version is the most honest, warm hearted, friendly and loveable version! ;)

Wanda siphoned all of Captain Marvel's cosmic powers which made her have human level durability so she was now easy to crush to death. And Scarlet Witch was also resurrected in comics so it won't be a surprise if she returns.

To be honest, I don't think Blackbolt could've done anything to Wanda, given the fact that her shields can block and reflect projectile attacks, so she possibly could've bounced Blackbolt's voice right back at him and could've obliterated the whole Illuminati right there with his own voice. Plus, Wanda likely used her Chaos magic to force Blackbolt to project his voice to burst his head. Not only were his eyes red from the blood exploding in his head, but there was a red glow in his pupils, too, which, to me, suggests that Wanda used some of her magic to make him scream. As for Captain Marvel, Wanda siphoned off her Photon powers, stripping away her superhuman durability, too, and she blasted Captain Marvel with it, which is why the explosion was more orange than red.
That is straight plot armour for Wanda. Blackbolt could have disintegrated her body atom by atom before she can do anything. Just stupid plot armour BS.

Blackbolt didn't even instantly destroy 838 Doctor Strange's body, it was a slow disintegration & Wanda's powers can activate in an instant, much quicker than sound travels. 838 Captain Marvel uses Photon Blasts, which are made up of, yes, photons, which are LIGHT speed, which is MUCH faster than sound speed. So, HELLO! If Wanda can catch 4 light speed Photon Blasts, then she can react to Blackbolt's bellowing voice, since sound travels much slower than light. It's not always "plot armor".đ

The Cool thing about the Darkhold is that is has shown up in Other Marvel Shows.
Runaways and Agents of Shield season 4 or 5 come to mind. And those shows really set up how Messed up that Book is! It really Screws up the Brain, twists a persons desires into an All Consuming Obsession! And people donât realize how off the beaten path theyâve gone till itâs too late. And itâs sad man.

Two things: One, Captain Marvel was killed by Wanda, by absorbing her powers. So when the statue was dropped on her by Wanda, it crushed her! Two: Mid credit scene, the woman was Clea, a powerful sorceress ( Dormamuâs niece ) in the comics, is Doctor Strangeâs love interest.

They were real and they were hers. And she didn't try to take the kids because she felt the other wanda wasn't deserving of it, she just wanted a happy life. A life that she knew would never be possible because of the world she lived in. The reason parents would do anything for their kids is because their kids mean the most to them and is their happy after. No different to Wanda.

I strongly suggest you guys to watch What if series especially where Dr strange is in it , to really understand what he's capable of . Everything in the movie was absolutely godly . Really was Multiverse of Madness shenanigans. Wanda is so good a powerful. The one thing I didn't like is that they decided to make Dr statneg a weakling , lie, honestly it felt like he ran away this entire movie as if he's no master in magical arts . He should have been more you know crazy fight, and Finally wanda just self realized due to that america Chavez girl and she "killed" herself as with the darkholds . Doc strange was just like a side character in his own movie. He was so good in Dr strange 1 which made the hype and patient waiting of 5 + years worth it. But honestly the ending did redeemed the movie . Can't wait for Dr strange 3 . Possibly dormamu return !?
